Good place to stay for a couple of days

Points were lost due to the vending machine on the second floor not giving me the item i paid for.

Room was, as always, very comfy. Staff was accommodating and polite. The restaurant food was top notch. Mild complaint was there was only 1 night stand beside the bed, and the outlets in the room need replacing. The lamp beside the bed also had a dead outlet on it and the outlets were very far from surfaces. (Thankfully i have long charging cables). Other those. No major complaints and will definitely book again!

Convenient location right on the Yellowhead, but noise from highway not an issue. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room. Great food. Great nights sleep! Late check out really helped after medical appointments in the AM. No rush. Super friendly staff

Noisy hotel

Water in the room is so weak. Water in the faucet is running slow. Flush in the toilet is weak. Pillow is too big. We get sore neck after waking up. Customer service is not that superb.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and spacious. I had contacted the hotel to see if there was anything they can do to help celebrate my wedding anniversary. They decorated the room with rose petals, swan shaped towels, and a little sign saying happy anniversary. 10/10 experience, the staff were very helpful and friendly as well.

Comfy beds and pillows, good customer service. Just the rooms weren’t very clean. Hair in the sink, dusty baseboards and ledges.
