Great place

Rooms were ok and clean the shower curtain looked a little stained, but other than that it was good. Parking is included so no extra cost. Breakfast was good had variety of items of non dairy or gluten free. Buffet was clean and organised. Food was good too. Hotel pool was clean and so was the hot tub , although would of been nice if the pool was opened longer and not close so early. Gym looked clean too. Overal was wonderful lolking forard to experience another day there and check out other experiences they offer.

Great room (queen beds and suite,) breakfast was delicious and loved the 24/7 tea and coffee. Only note is the that my kids kept cutting themselves in the pool on the floor and walls of it. Would recommend water shoes.

Staff was great, continental breakfast was amazing so many options. The room was clean and nice, my only problems I had with my experience was I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub… the pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub was like luke warm bath water. The tile was falling apart and pool and hut tub were dirty even though it was 7am when they first open it up to the guests. Otherwise our stay was excellent and we would return in the future.

Great for Casino

Very quick and easy check in. Staff was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were well kept as was the gym. The bed were super comfortable and the room came with a fully equipt kitchen, it even had a dishwasher.

The room was large, bright and clean. We had a very comfortable, nice stay. Would definitely book again when staying in the area.

Staff- when I checked in I ask if hot tub was working, however it was not available to use on the Friday night. Pleasantly I got a phone call from the front desk stating the hot tub is available to use. That gesture was so nice and unexpected however truly enjoy my stay.

Personnel courtois

We were in town for a hockey game and the Syracuse Crunch were staying in the hotel as well pretty cool! Would stay again!

Very Clean and Roomy Suite

Room was clean, had a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, full sized fridge and microwave. Came with cutlery, glasses and pots and pans as well. Best place to stay in Belleville

There was a large beetle type insect on a lamp shade. The room was clean but not very clean
