I have been in this hotel for at least 5 times over the past 6 or 7 years. Services are a constant downhill vertigo. Last year they did not make up rooms as they said they did not after 10.00 am (why?) ,this year they claim they do not make them uless you put the tag on the door handle. This is the first time I hear such a useless comment. I asked for the manager but I have been told he was not there so I had to wait till next morning. No apologies , nothing. I had to ask (ask, not been offered as it should be) for towels and toilet paper. Next morning I was obviously ignored by the manager, he had better issue to deal with. So I decided to leave , but I want the money of my last night that I did not spend there , I want them back. Now, let's talk about the room, junior suite. What suite ? It is a stadard room with small window over the kitchen (imagine the smell with a outside temperature of 30 C). Inside the one ambient room (a suite shoud be two) a nice low cost chinese fan. The room is under the roof so hotter than hell. The toilet has a tilting window that closes when outside is humid or wet. Since the hotel is not in Sicily but in Munich the weather is often wet so the window stayes closed. A genius must have designed this. The room was not made up but in the past years when they used to make it up , they never washed coffee mugs or other stuff, too much of a work ! VIP service consists in not making up the room and no service. Compliments !!
