This newer facility offered everything we needed. It was clean, modern, comfy beds, and the staff was amazing! Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay. The staff was nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was 10000/10. I would def be coming back and staying here again.

Das Hotel liegt wirklich perfekt, um den Wasserfall zu erkunden.Das Hotel machte auf uns einen positiven Eindruck. Leider waren die Zimmer recht klein und wir hatten das Fenster zum Innenhof. Daher war auch fast durchgehend der Vorhang zu, was das Zimmer noch kleiner machte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Einchecken verlief Problemlos. Abendessen geht sehr gut in dem dazu gehörenden Restaurant. Was etwas unfai in unseren Augen war, war das wir uns in der Speisekarte im Aushang informierten und als wir uns 10 Minuten später an einen Tisch setzten es dann eine andere Karte gab. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurde uns mutgeteilt, dass es ab 17:00Uhr eine andere Karte gibt. Leider war es bei uns 17:03Uhr und somit hatten qir da wohl Pech. Wir haben nicht nochmal die Karten verglichen, was wir aber festgestellt haben, die Preise sind ab 17:00Uhr nochmal deutlich teurer. Aber es hat geschmeckt und wir wurden von freundlichem Personal informiert und bedient. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen, war nichts besonderes. Muss es aber auch nicht immer sein. Es war lecker, ausreichend und somit alles gur.

The hotel lobby and dinning areas were nice. However the room was very basic.the breakfast was good. There was another hotel down the street with same name and address which was a bit confusing.

At $700 a night I would expect an awesome breakfast The toaster well didn’t toast even at max and put the bread twice The price is for 5* Hótel and this is at best a 3* Just location works for this place

Tea, coffee, & hot chocolate available anytime in hallway. Good dining with an awesome view of Skogafoss. Pleasant & efficient check-in & check-out. Good buffet breakfast

Hotel was good but too expensive. However breakfast was included which was very good

The room accommodations were excellent with spacious bathroom and quality furnishings. Breakfast buffet was full options ranging from cereals, yogurts or European and American hot options.

Unbeatable location and view!!

Perfect hotel to sleep at our first night in Iceland. If choosing between the 3 nearby, this is for sure the one you want to choose!
