Room was decent, is showing it's age, TV was in Standard Definition which was weird. My kids can't stop talking about the house hippos that were scattered around the lobby area, nice touch. Pool and hottub were good sauna was a little dirty. Only bummer was the arcade bar was never open while we were staying there.

Very helpful staff

Staff were lovely. The food at breakfast was not great, fake eggs, sausages and a waffle maker along with a toaster for bread. It was famy day weekend when we went and had to wait for over 20 min to make our waffle and also had to wait for the other food to be refilled. No coffee. The bar/arcade wasnt open on Sunday of famimy day so my kods were pretty dissapointed. Pool was warm, room was clean. Cant complain as this was a cheap option for a ski vacation.

we didn’t get the room we booked and nobody mentioned anything until we were checking in. The place looked nothing like pics, the staff were far from helpful. and the place was honestly really dirty

Upon arrival, the room appeared clean however once we looked more closely at the bed it was clear the bed had been simply re-made after the last guests stay. The sheets had hair on them as well as dirt. We had reserved a two bed room and unfortunately both beds were in the same state . We tried two different rooms, and both rooms were in the same condition.. beds made up with dirty sheets. We got our money back and went elsewhere. I won't be staying at this hotel chain again

Was not clean. I very politely explained that the bathroom and dusting needed to be done to front desk. I even showed the pictures. It was not clean. The housekeeper was very nice but still the room was not cleaned to where it was comfortable. Management needs to pay more attention and change the cleaning schedule. Hire more staff short term to help. This includes the snow removal .It was so slippery near the patio door. Once again staff training, and or lack of staff.

Room was immaculate, beds were beyond comfortable, all staff was so nice & accommodating to my niece and I! Pool was excellent! We will be back!

Clean room, closes to restaurants

Room was clean and warm. Hot tub wasn't working but pool was nice. Staff are awesome.

TV was not working properly. We could only get one station and that was all pixels. The continental breakfast was from 7am until 10. We went down at 9, there was one sausage left. The eggs looked dried out. It was fried eggs very disappointing. Our room was clean, however the heating system was very loud and kept waking us up, it needs some updating very old hotel.

Staff upgraded me to a suite after a long 12 hour shift. Room was huge, clean, bed was comfortable and no complaints. Breakfast was ok, but I mean it’s hotel breakfast. Other than that it was great and I would definitely stay here again as it’s close to the hospital and a good price!

Rooms were run down and neighbors were loud. Whole hotel is in need of work. Lots of people walking around not sure who works there or who is a guest. Unprofessional and just weird overall experience. Will not stay there again

For the kind of rates they are charging, building need lots of updates.

The staff were lively but the place is dated and dirty. There was green slime in the hot tub along with unclean rooms. The building is in desperate need of renovations. There were unruly guests which led to an arrest at 4am. The dishes at the bar were dirty and the lady working at the bar was wearing a very distasteful sweater which read “ I ride bikers, not bikes” …having to explain that to 12 year olds is a far fetch from professional attire. I will not stay there again and hope that for the staffs sake, they up their game. I’d be embarrassed to work there.

Room was not clean. Shower had something splattered on back wall. All dresser drawers were dirty inside. Something sticky on top of dresser. Hot tub was green with algae floating in it. No supervision in pool area - drunk people in hot tub, vaping in the pool. Rooms are a bit run down as well with peeling paint, bubbles in wallpaper. Hallways are a bit of a maze. Would not stay again.

Room booked for 2 adults 1 child. 2 bed. Room we got had 1 bed Room smelled like smoke. Vehicle car alarm keep going off every 30-45 min. Couple in room above is keep fighting until they got arrested.
