The room was small and the airconditioning inefficient. The shower again was small but functional and it was noted that the sealant around the shower was black. The bed was comfortable but just for me a little soft. The staff were very friendly and keen to make you feel welcome. We dined in the restraunt in the evening and had a very enjoyable meal which was 3 courses with bottles water and a bottle of wine for 24euro a head. Breakfast was ok with limited choice which was a bit of a dissappointment after such a good dinner Private secure parking for 15 euros right outside the rear door.

Unless you have lived for at least three years in Spain (or Italy) this is not the hotel for you :). Bathroom was not working (la cisterna del aseo), there was no one to fix it, and we had to change rooms. The remote was not working in the new room, and neither was the TV in the cafeteria. The hotel itself is outdated but the location is very convenient.

Mas de 100€/noche en habitación doble y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado en todo el hotel porque decían que tenían que venir a cambiar el modo calor, y estábamos a 23 de mayo con días de mucho calor en habitaciones a las que les daba el sol todo el día. Cada vez que bajabas a recepción había alguien protestando por este tema. La chica de recepción muy agradable, pero capeando este problema como podía. Suelo de tarima en la habitación al que le faltaban trozos, y en general pintura sucia. El ascensor con un olor a desagües que tiraba de espaldas. Azulejos en la bañera pintados para evitar alguna pérdida de agua y en el comedor manchas de recalo en el techo.

Basic hotel with friendly staff but a lack of English speakers - we managed ok though. Rooms were ok but I didn’t appreciate the cockroach in the bathroom - tried to kill it but it scurried off into a small hole in the wall below the wash hand basin. Parking was secure but not big enough for many vehicles. Food basic but as a result very economical. Evening set menu for €15, basic continental style breakfast for between €3 & €5 so no Michelin Star but it filled you up. All in all reasonable for the costs

Generally good except for on3 bad - when reached for checkin, the reception lady was on phone for nearly 10 mins & without even having a courtesy to say sorry or try to finish the call or say something to wait. That one is s spoiler.

Het was een schone kamer, lekker ruim. De douche deur ontbrak en stond los in de douchebak. Er waren niet veel parkeerplaatsen maar ook niet alles was bezet. Je hebt buiten het hotel genoeg parkeergelegenheid.

Hotel Isabel is one of the finest hotels in which we have stayed. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished; the beds are large. The receptionist, a young man, exceĺled in his helpfulness, politeness and sunny nature. Thank you.

Helpful reception for checking in and out, short walk to shops etc, good value for money. Would stay again

Nice friendly staff. Comfortable town hotel for overnight stop route to France. Excellent value evening meal- rustic Spanish food 3 course including btl wine/water/sparkling water for just 15 euros a person. Number of little shops bars etc within 5 minutes walk. Would stay here again as good value for money.
