Another great stay. A place to crash for the night at a great price comfortable room to stay in. 2 to 3 minutes walk to HK Club.

Shower Water Change from hot to cold several times on its Own. Suite # 205 Bed Mettres was to hard. Thank you Respectfully: Acevedo.

The only bad thing was that it didn’t have hot water for when you showered but that seems to be the case in most of El Salvador so it’s not really a complain I guess. Otherwise everything was good.

Basic but clean

The blanket was dirty with a big stain on it. There were only two bath towels, no face or floor towel for the floor when getting out of the shower, and the heater wasn't hot even when I put it on max.

Estuve solicitando mi factura durante más de una semana sin obtener respuesta. Tuve que llamar en tres ocasiones diferentes y, a pesar de enviar toda mi información fiscal correctamente, me ignoraron. Retrasaron el proceso a propósito hasta que terminó el mes, solo para finalmente contestar que "ya no se podía emitir", que "lo sentían" y que no me podían ayudar. Es una completa falta de seriedad evadir sus obligaciones fiscales por su propia incompetencia administrativa. Si viajan por negocios o necesitan facturar, eviten este lugar.

You won't find any other hotel as nice and economy friendly like Hotel Velerio. Its a nice clean hotel with a comfortable bed and hot water in shower. Its all you need to sleep off the partying in Zona Norte. Literally 3 min walk to the alley and famous HK club

Infested with roaches, poor food supply out of most items on menu, no wash clothes, dirty surfaces throughout room , no do not disturb sign and last the room door frame was damaged.

Had the room decorated for our anniversary and it was very cute! Have been staying at this hotel every visit to TJ very easy to get to and parking is secured.
