They just need to install a stronger A/C, the one on our room was closer to a weak fan rather a real A/C. Other than that, the place is simply beautiful and the people attending you is super.

A little disappointed with our three day stay after reading so many glowing reviews. The property itself is in good condition, well decorated, and in a very good location. It's a short walk to the souks and also to a spot to hail a taxi, which made it very convenient for exploring all the popular areas in and around the medina. The big cons for us were the breakfast which consisted mainly of different types of fried breads and pastries. The meal also included some chopped fruit, a packaged yogurt, and an egg. This would probably be just fine for most folks, but we are big breakfast people and were expecting more spice/flavor. The rooms were cleaned daily but I never felt like the floors were clean.

Riad superbe!! Très bien placé, personnel aux petits soins (gros coup de cœur pour Rachid et Mourad qui se sont assurés tous les jours que nous passions un bon séjour et que nous ne manquions de rien). Que dire de la propriétaire Emmanuelle… accueillante, sympathique et qui nous a mis tout de suite à l’aise. On se sentait comme chez nous dès le premier jour. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux. Bref c’est un sans faute pour notre séjour. Nous recommandons et reviendrons pour notre prochain séjour à Marrakech

Merci pour tout Riad Chergui, tout s'est bien passé, coté piscine est un véritable havre de paix, nous avons apprécié notre séjour, Abdou est absolument adorable ainsi que tout le staff, merci de nous avoir rendu ce séjour superbe, la seul chose que je n'ai pas trop aimé c'est les petits déjeuners trop répétifif a mon gout, toujours le même fruit toute la semaine et les msemen réchauffé de la veille, sinon votre Riad est magnifique.

The transfer upon arrival at the riad was easy. Someone was waiting for us to load up our luggage and show us the way. The breakfasts were delicious. The entire staff was friendly and helpful for our 4 night stay. The room was clean, large and comfortable. They helped us make train reservations and printed out our tickets. Most enjoyable stay!

My son and I were made very welcome at Riad Chergui, particularly by Abdu. The hotel is tranquil and relaxing, despite being very close to the souks and busy side streets. Easy to get to and from the main areas, but worth noting you have to walk a short way from taxi drop off. Great pool, lovely rooftop terrace and generous breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.

Very good people working there . I liked the guy called Hamzeh and the lady who was their manager particularly … let’s say all of them were great people

Fantastic Riad, super quiet and yet you’re only around the corner from the souks. Staff are amazing, they look after you well and don’t ask for anything in return but good to leave a little tip at the end of your trip. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend

We were a group of 8 business friends celebrating a birthday, drove two cars from.Casa. Since the info provided was completely insufficient, we were virtually left in the hands of these private parkings.. and remained worried for our entire stay. My car came away with a nasty scratch. Abdou at the Hotel and the kitchen staff were brilliant. Radouane was on leave and Emmanuelle at first seemed a tough owner, ticking off two of our colleagues fir a spilt beer and a chair out of place..so they were really upset... She warmed up to us gradually - but the initial ticking off was not good..esp after paying 200€ a night. Lights in the toilet are very poor and while the water pressure in our room.was good, another couple had issues. Another mention for Abdou - we gelled very well - being from.Senegal.. and he really made our stay really pleasant. I did find a pouch of money in my room.safe (Room 3) containing 900€ which I handed to Emmanuelle - Hope the person who lost it reads this message or is contacted by Emanuelle. Overall a beautiful Riad and did justice to Marrakech. A little more warmth in the welcome (I took it as her being humorous and we got along well) to others, would get them the 5 stars easily.

An absolutely wonderful oasis in the medina, really well located to explore the city yet quiet and relaxing as soon as you walk through the door. Fantastic staff, beautiful property and great room.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Marrakech, notamment au Riad chergui… le personnel est d’un respect inégalable, serviable, souriant.. Les services proposés sont très bien. Le petit déjeuner est INCROYABLE.. fait maison.. crêpes, gâteaux, verrines..il y a du choix et c’est très copieux ! Tout est très propre ! Un service ménage tous les jours…Proche de la médina .. nous avons pu faire des visites à pieds.. Enfin que du positif !!

Superbe accueil. Bel hébergement, à 5 minutes de la médina. Chambre propre et identique aux photos. Petit déjeuner copieux!
