We had a wonderful stay. The riad is the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in, decorated with such care and stunning handmade fixtures and fittings the team look after you very well and were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend the massage - one of the best we have had. A really unique and special place to stay. We would love to come back.

Lovely friendly team of staff who always had a ready smile and helped us with transfers, suggestions, local guide and were a pleasure to deal with. Rooms great. Breakfast fresh and varied and lovely on the roof. All in all a great stay!

Me and my partner Harry stayed at riad hikaya and it was the best place we have ever stayed before! The staff are the most thoughtful welcoming people and made such an effort to make our stay so special, the riad was absolutely beautiful, when we got there wadia gave us loads of tips on where to go in Marrakech and organised lots for us during our stay! Could not have wished for a better place to stay! Also great location in terms of the medina! Will definitely be returning:)

Very pretty Riad. All of staff are welcoming us like family. Room is small but great atmosphere. Breakfast is awesome and we really enjoyed the stay.

The rooms were wonderful. I only had 1 night there and came back a few days later. The staff is amazing, so courteous and super helpful. Their breakfast was also amazing! We felt like royalty! I absolutely recommend.

Staff were all helpful and courteous especially Nada. Nice toom but fairly compact. Authentic morrocan decor and furnishings throughout. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

The staff are lovely and the Riad feels very authentic. We also enjoyed a hammam, which was wonderful!

We could not have asked for a better stay stay. The riad is gorgeous, and the staff there are incredibly kind. From the initial greeting by the manager throughout our entire stay, they did a great job making us feel at home. We look forward to a return visit and to staying at the Riad Hikaya again.

This was a lovely Riad in the old medina. The room was great, the staff were very very helpful. Be sure to get a hamman scrub and a massage. It was excellent! We also enjoyed the roof top and ate breakfast up there and also enjoyed a glass of wine up there in the evening. The Riad is walking distance to many things in the old medina.

This is a wonderful riad, with a stunning courtyard, lovely rooms, a great location, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent hospitality from the time of check-in to check-out. Never felt if we had left home. Extremely responsive to our needs even at 3am. My daughter got sick and the staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable away from home. Getting us to the doctor and pharmacy. Nada, the young lady, is gem of a person. In fact everyone is. All facilities are available 24hr. Breakfast was made to order. Riad is small and setup to show the moroccon culture. Attention to details. If we ever return to Marrakech, we certainly be staying at this Riad. Keep it up.

Everything was amazing! Even before we got there Wadia was very responsive. Once we were in Marrakech everything was organised perfectly. Literally from the moment we walked in the door of the road to the minute we left Wadia, Nada and the team looked after us.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic we felt as if we were at home. Väldigt fin och ombonad Riad med otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ligger i en lugnare del av Medina på 15-20 minuters promenad avstånd till Jamaa El Fna-torget. Kan varmt rekommenderas.
