The bathroom had been used at arrival, one of the towals were laying on the bathroom bench. Not nice. The room felt very wet, probably the AC has been off and we arrived very late so didnt have time to dry up. Should have been set on during the day instead, they knew we were arriving. We asked for late check out, 12:30. At 12:34 they were knocking on our door very stressed and said they had guests that need to enter now and bla bla. Perhaps have some margins?

Location and design is beautiful. 3 major issues… The walls are very thin and I could hear every sound of the group of girls next door who stayed up partying until 1:30am which was difficult to sleep when I had to leave for the airport at 6am. Also water in the shower did not ever get hot…this was a buzzkill at 6am when it was chilly and dark out. Food from restaurant was tasty but incredibly overpriced. 35€ for a basic salad is offensive imho. Overall I would expect more for the rates they charge.

Lovely rural feel hotel but only five minutes from Ibiza town. Chill out vibe with fabulous views of the town and sea beyond. Suites are in separate buildings dotted around the grounds, which are big and airy and not overlooked by any of the other suites. It is a small hotel, so it is very peaceful. The pool was perfect for relaxing during the day. The hotel restaurant served delicious wholesome food, some of which is grown on their own farm. In the evening they have an open air restaurant which we didn’t eat at, but it looked amazing. We loved our stay here and as regular visitors to Ibiza we will certainly return to this beautiful place.

The location is ok - it is not ‘peaceful’ as described with the noise of cars on a busy road. The property is pretty but rooms are very basic inside - no kettle or tea! Bathrooms are old style. Cleaners are pretty rubbish - coffee not replenished. And one of the days she left a dirty dish unwashed and folded back up a dirty napkin! Also other staff look like the work is a chore for them.

Casa Maca is a really beautiful and peaceful setting tucked away in the hills. It's a good place to go for a couple of days if you want to escape the noise and bustle of the city while also having the advantage of being only a 10 minute drive or a 40 minute walk from Ibiza town. The in-house restaurant is really good. They offer a very good quality and well priced set lunch menu with a good selection of wines. Dinner was also very good, though quite pricey if you want to have 3 courses. The grounds are beautifully designed and kept in pristine condition and the rooms are very comfortable. Would recommend this place to to anyone wanting to stay somewhere very chilled in Ibiza.

Todo perfecto!! Hemos estado muy a gusto. Parece mentira que tan cerca de Ibiza se pueda estar tan aislado y tranquilo de todo. 100% recomendable y el trato muy bueno y atentos. Para repetir!

Très belle hôtel dans la garrigue proche du centre 5-10min en voiture..ressourçant avec un personnel au petit soins,on est à mille lieu de s imaginer si près de la folie du centre ville et pourtant !! .les chambres ressemble plus à de petite maisonnette avec chacune sa terrasse .la piscine elle aussi offre une vue magnifique sur la vieille ville,le fort et la mer.nous avons eu l’occasion de prendre le petit déjeuner et le dîner à l’hotel et tout est très bon!! Je viens depuis 10 ans à Ibiza (et C était notre 1er séjour à Casa Maca )et c est certainement de loin le plus agréable ..merci et à l année prochaine!!

Accueil et personnels excellent un superbe moment dans un Un lieux de reve!!!! Absolument aucun point negatif!! Toute l’équipe est agréable et au petits soins avc vous je recommande 1000 fois.

Lovely place, very peaceful location, but close enough to dip into the hustle of Ibiza town, friendly staff who were very efficient and attentative! Gorgeous and clean rooms and the view from the pool is fab. Great stay all round!

Très satisfait de notre séjour à l'hôtel Es Trull de Can Palau.

El tiempo pasado en el hotel ha sido perfecto. El hotel se encuentra apartado de la ciudad lo justo; ni muy cerca para evitar el lío de Ibiza, ni muy lejos que de pereza moverse. Nosotros alquilamos una moto, y en 5 minutos estábamos en la marina tomando algo. La limpieza, las habitaciones super nuevas, y el buen trato del personal hacen que se merezca lo que vale.
