Terrible staff super slow check in over 40 mins also slow check out . The staff need to learn how to deal with guests . The hotel itself is good and great pool but only open from 10 am . The area around the hotel is not great if it’s you first time in Rio .

Very good hotel and breakfast

Quarto amplo, limpo e silencioso. Cama super confortável.

I love this hotel. This was my second stay in 10 months. My only criticism was check-in. There were 4 people ahead of me and it took almost a half hour to get to me.

You may save money staying here instead of the beach, but you’ll quickly find of why once you arrive. My friends had broken AC and ants in their room requiring them to move units multiple times throughout our trip and if you want a drink by the pool you will wait your whole trip to get even the simplest of orders. And to the latter it’s not about being more patient or them being understaffed, it’s literally just poor service.

O colchão antigo, daquele que vc mexe de um lado e o outro quase cai da cama, horrível. A iluminação do banheiro, impossível de maquiar, cheio de sombras. O pior foi não ter, no quarto inteiro, nenhuma tomada 110/127. Num estado onde a voltagem é 110, a piscina só foi liberada pra uso depois das 10 horas, absurdo isso.
