I blame myself moreso for not asking to switch rooms, so it’s not all on the hotel, so take my rating as you wish. But our air conditioning was so loud when it switched on that we are got startled awake often, and it didn’t work to cool the air well at all. Yes, we still needed it running as it would’ve been an oven otherwise.
The bed was so soft and no firm pillows. No biggie, but for some it is.
The walls and floors must be thin as well because we could hear everything from our room.
The carpet in our room may have just been cleaned because they felt almost damp and sticky.
The pool area looked like someone with red hair had a haircut in there, the floor had large clumps of hair everywhere.
The staff were great.
