Gorgeous, wonderful staff, great food.

Beautiful historic hotel

Super amazing place. The staff were great, and the restaurants had amazing food.

there was lot of Stains on the Sofa cover and Chairs

Great Location plenty of things to do, but do not get the double bed it is too small.

As a historic hotel, it was only the outside appearance that felt historic. The rooms are small. The TV is barely large enough within the cabinet and the picture does not even fill the screen. When we asked that someone try to fix that issue, nothing changed. For the price, breakfast was not included. There are other hotel options in the area for far less, and include breakfast, and I would opt to use one of them in the future.

Lovely old mansion/inn; nice porch/patio/lobby seating. Room was small but well appointed. Speak Easy restaurant was good; only criticism was that given its name and decor, the piped-in techno-pop music killed the vibe. Also was a bit surprised/disappointed that the waitress didn’t know anything about the local wines (given that the hotel even private-labeled one), and the wine specials with dinner were all from Chile.

The property and hotel were beautiful. We enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was excellent! As far as the room it was fine. The shower was not good.

Wonderful property to spend a few days exploring the area. Spent two nights here while visiting the national park nearby. A wonderful experience in all aspects. Accommodations were comfortable, onsite dining options for breakfast and lunch, and friendly staff. Loved spending time sitting on the front porch of the Inn after dinner each night. So quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be back in the future.

Lots of charm. Enjoyed the atmosphere and option of dining within the hotel.

This may be an historic place, but it is on or past its last legs. The rooms look they have never been renovated since 1950’s. The floors downstairs are worn. Breakfast okay.

Beautiful hotel with lots of history. Takes you back to victorian days. Clean, great restaurants. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again.

Terrible.

The Mimslyn Inn is absolutely gorgeous. It would be great if they upgraded the mattresses and pillows to be fluffy, comfortable, and up to par with regular hotels. It’s a gorgeous historic inn, just in need of better mattresses! The beds are so hard and the pillows crinkley and stiff.

GREAT STAFF and FOOD!!!!!!! Room was a bit outdated with minor issues like water would not recede and left some grime behind in the bathroom sink and water was leaking behind the knobs of the sink. Other than that, my partner and I loved the hotel and WILL RETURN AGAIN!!!!!

The staff is friendly and provides great recommendations, especially Fred. The hotel is from 1931, and it is like stepping back in time. It has modern bathrooms. The beautiful front porch and lobby living room is a social gathering spot. You meet nice people. Dinner at Speakeasy was awesome. Easy drive to Skyline Drive.

Property is well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. It’s a very historic property, but has modern amenities.

Beautiful hotel, and restaurant staff were excellent. The food was great. We ate at the restaurant both nights of our stay. The Mimslyn Inn has a great location for all of the attractions in town.
