Nice and quiet hotel. Even in weekend.

Gran opción de hospedaje; buena zona, con muchas opciones de restaurantes y compras alrededor. Movilidad fácil en taxi o Uber. El hotel muy lindo, tranquilo y las habitaciones agradables. El personal es muy atento. El desayuno rico. La terraza es sencilla, pero una joya; muy agradable para pasar la tarde.

The biggest issue was that the first room they have me was infested with ants... The shower wall was covered with them. Then the next room had a bug in the sheets. The bed was hard as a rock.

I had a late arrival but was greeted with smiles. The lobby had a lot of places to sit in a lush garden. Included was a tasty breakfast. I spent my day walking around the city.

Great secure location near restaurants. Very quiet and great breakfast choices. Staff were attentive and arranged for taxis and an airport pickup.

Room was big, clean bathroom, helpful staff, fresh adequate breakfast, good location, close to the airport, in zona 10, a relatively safe areas for tourists. All in all a great stay

Staff here are amazing. Responsive, timely. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Guatemala City.
