Beautiful hotel

昔ながらの、人が対応してくれるホテルで安心します。

ホスピタリティーも大変良く、部屋も清潔で気持ちいい滞在ができました。

館内が温泉ホテルだからか、匂いが爽やかではなかった印象でした。

ウェルカムサービス、スタッフの接客が素晴らしい。ひさしぶりにおもてなしの精神が感じられて、最高だった。

二泊いたしましたが、お食事がとても良いです。

概ね素晴らしかったが、お風呂のお湯の温度が熱く感じた。もう少しぬるい方が良い。

設備は少し古かったですが、全て清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。トイレなどに匂い袋があり、香の香りがほんのり香ってきて、とてもよかったです。

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The English speaking ladies were kind and patient with all of us. One was able to reserve a van to take us back to Shin-Osaka, with all of our luggage. Plus…the view of the river, in the traditional tatami room was beautiful.

My family and i loved the place and enjoyed the traditional japanese living experience. It was a great experience for my parents that have never seen what japanesw culture was about and i highly recomend this place to others that tp escape osaka by 40 minutes and enjoy a quiet experience.

This 800-year-old ryokan was truly a great experience! I wish we were able to spend more time at this specific hotel during our trip. From the yukata to the breakfast and even the hot springs! I can't say enough great things about this hotel.

Beautiful room for a more traditional Japanese style. The room is a bit less modernized due to this so less outlets are available.

古き良き旅館でありつつ、施設も手入れされており、泉質も申し分なく、風呂上がりの黒豆茶も美味しくいただきました。 朝食で頂いた鯛の塩焼きが食べ応えがあり 満足のいく内容でした。

Great location - barely 2 blocks away from the train station. The host, Sugita, that greeted us was fluent in English! She was very hospitable and gave us information/recommendations around the area. The mall across the bridge has many cute stores and food to check out. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful. We got a room with a private onsen, facing the water - beautiful view. Strongly recommend!
