Nice location, quiet, close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy and small grocery store. Appartment very secure and very clean, owner friendly and very attentive to the needs of the clients.

Veja só! Muito decepcionado com vcs terem me colocado neste local! Não consegui sequer me hospedar no local! O motorista do Uber após mais de 1hora procurando, encontrou o local de portas fechadas! Perguntado por um vizinho, ele disse que ali funciona como hotel, motel, hostel ou de tudo! Nem portaria existe! O vizinho disse que tem que ligar para o dono para abrir! O fone fornecido acusa como inexistente! Local pareceu muito perigoso! Parece o local com aqueles filmes americanos de terror! Muito ruim mesmo! Minha esposa que estava em outro uber teve a mesma dificuldade de encontrar! Lá nem placa com o nome do hotel existe! Enfim entrei numa fria!!! RIDÍDULO!!

Nos sentimos com muito conforto, bem localizado e saboreamos um delicioso café da manhã.

O lugar é maravilhoso e aconchegante. E o atendimento foi superior as minhas expectativas.

Three of us (single dudes) stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The woman, who I presume is the owner, was very nice and attentive. The pool wasn't available during our stay (during Carnaval 2017) and there was no furniture on the balcony. One of the rooms did not have a shower curtain, so every time I took a shower, water splashed all over the bathroom floor. The unit was secure. There was a main gate at the entrance to the street, a second gate that led to our patio and finally a door to access our apartment. The neighborhood is safe and we never felt that our lives were in danger. There are always taxis driving in the area (once again during Carnaval), so traveling around the city was very easy. The unit is located within walking distance to the attractions of Rio Vermelho: the strip mall, the outdoor bar/restaurant area and the beaches. In all, I enjoyed my stay at this unit; however, I probably wouldn't stay there again. Once again, I recommend this for singles and not for kids or couples.

Nao é um hotel, mas sim o andar de uma casa que o propreietário aluga. Excelente custo beneficio e boa localização. Limpeza e serviços OK. NÃO TEM SERVIÇO DE QUARTO E COBRAM PELA LIMPEZA ADICIONAL.
