Clean close to downtown

It was ok nothing special

No bar , did not know about breakfast.

My room was spacious enough for my needs, and I was happy with the layout. I did not hear any noise from the adjoining rooms, which suggests that effective sound barriers have been installed between guest rooms. The cleaning staff did an excellent job maintaining the room during my stay. The hotel’s location is in a quiet area, and while I occasionally heard a train whistle during the night, that is not something the hotel can reasonably control. I appreciated the window blind setup, which includes both a blackout blind and a privacy blind. This is a great feature, as it allows natural light into the room while still maintaining privacy. However, the blinds in my room appeared somewhat worn and could benefit from replacement. One area for improvement would be hallway noise, which does carry into the room at times. A simple and effective solution would be to install door sweeps at the bottom of each door to help reduce noise intrusion. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would choose to stay here again.

The tub was not draining on the first day of our stay and there was only one bulb working in the bathroom. We were not left any towels after our first cleaning. The floors and walls in the hallway were very dirty. The staff was super helpful and very kind. They appeared to be doing their best and tried to make sure things got fixed up.

No continental breakfast

First night was awful, people fighting in the hallways. The person running the front would not kick them out. They had us up at 2 o’clock in the morning and again at 4:30 in the morning, second night was ok, no disruptions. The person running the front should have kicked those people out. The parking lot was a disaster, there’s a huge hole in the parking lot from when you come off the main road. Not marked at all it looked like it used to be marked, but those markers were thrown over to the side. Vehicles were bottoming out. You could hear the cars bottoming out every time someone came in to the parking lot.

Staff were amazing! Wish the bar was open to midnight. Night caps are always great to meet new people.

The parking lot was a huge issue as they only had 2 handicap spots and a large grouping of potholes around the driving areas.

Staff are always very nice and accommodating

Sketchy location. Didn’t feel safe walking around outside the location. Pool appeared to be dirty as well as the hot tub. Walls scuffed up in hallways and rooms. Breakfast was decent and the servers and front desk were nice. Hotel rooms overpriced and expected much better staying in a Sheraton. This hotel needs major renovations.

Room desperately needs a deep clean—the curtains are stained , and the lampshades . The blinds were broken and difficult to open and close . The bathroom sink , under the ledge and the over flow hole is disgusting and visibly soiled . The caulking around the tub was visibly dirty . A thick layer of dust was on the mini fridge and baseboards . The breakfast was terribly over priced for fake ham and I’m sure fake cheese in the omelette. The waffles were clearly frozen and the put into a toaster and up sold . Overall disappointed in the price of the room per night relevant to the state of the room .

The extremely huge hole in the entrance of the parking lot was an awful way to start the stay. Not only was the hole huge but there was no sort of warning or signage. The morning we were to check out maintenance came into our room at 7:50am. If there was a knock it wasn’t very loud or did they wait for us to open to the door. Came into the room
