Mattress were hard

There where no towels to be given and it was trashy outside

The hotel was run down. There were people outside smoking and drinking throughout our stay. We felt as though we paid too much for what we got.

This was my 3rd stay. As usual very friendly and accommodating. I really like this place.

I liked that it was on a main road and near downtown. Hotel had shuttle to nearby casino.

Older out dated rooms and amenities, strong smokd smell all over the prmesis

Nice, clean, and very well staffed. Would definitely stay there again!

Whenever we drive from Florida we stay at this motel as it’s convenient to the casino and our friends who live in Frederick and Boonsboro. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The bartender at the downstairs bar was awesome! He even likes Charlie Crockett! Hahaha I would recommend staying here.

It has a fridge and microwave, yea!

Furnishings and bathroom not update but was ok for price

Everyone was friendly and quick. I ordered food for dinner and the front desk called to tell me it had arrived.

The room stunk and generally did not look clean. A large stain on the carpet. The room was so bad that my wife refused to stay one night. There was yellow caution tape up in area getting to our room. Seriously I can’t believe that Hotels.com even deals with place. I felt like I was stepping into an old 70s movie with a scene at a shady motel. I am not exaggerating. My wife refuse to sleep in that room because it was so nasty, that we had to get a room at another hotel.

Spacious room. Easy check-in.

The hotel lobby smelled like stale cigarettes and smoke. Our room had dust on all of the furniture. The bathtub pooled on the opposite side of the tub. The tv was about to go judging by the white lines running through the picture. Lastly, the largest spider crawled onto my pillow while sitting down on the bed. If you need the basics to rest your head. This will do. I wouldn’t do more than 24 hours.

The hotel was a good, older motel. Everything was fine except the bed was a little lumpy. Nice buffet breakfast

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff.

Pleasantly surprised by cleanliness and spaciousness of room. Jet tub was appreciated for these road weary bones. Free shuttle to casino was a definite plus.

This is a great place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is all you would need for a great start to your day. I would add, they were able to give us an early check in. They also gave us the room we requested. This was our 2nd stay. We will be back again. If you get a chance Harper's Ferry is just a bit down the road. Visit this National Park and take the very quick hike to Jefferson's Rock.

I would stay here again

It was good for the time we started there. They have a lounge, but the people in there were extremely loud. Otherwise, everything was great.
