We stayed in the Valley View room. It had an amazing view. Beds were very comfortable.

We absolutely loved the location of this apartment. We could see the Three Sisters from our window. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The only negative comment we do have is that the walls are very thin and the next door neighbours had the tv on very, very loud.

Simple and easy check-in and out. The villa is clean and great for traveling family with children

Lovely location! Everything was smooth and easy, leading to a relaxing stay.

Stayed overnight. Easy access to Echo point lookout and a variety of walks. Beds were comfortable. Only compliant was the location of cups and glasses. We had so much trouble reaching to get them, so would suggest placing them at a lower level.

Wonderful view, clean and spacious apartment. Great beds. The kitchen is basic, good coffee and tea available.

Accomodation was a leaky caravan with a broken window. Appalling. I left early. Staff were invisible - when I spoke to reception she said”I’m just the receptionist. Bathrooms were across a grass courtyard, there were only net curtains in full view of the street- no privacy. The kettle did not work- I could go on - but why bother? They clearly only care about getting their non refundable cash

Was NOT named correctly out front, phone number NOT correct, had to wait to get in. OVER PRICED FOR 1 NIGHT. Heater struggled to keep place warm. Observe photo of MOLD on door into bathroom. Photo of Property is one next too it.

It took a really really long time (almost 1 day) to heat up the house from 16 deg C to 24 deg C. It was so cold that we all wore winter jacket in the house. There were no blinds in the bathroom. It will be great to have blinds so that we don't need to worry about anything during the shower. But the house is spacious and the location is great.

Our stay at Echo Point Holiday Village was utterly disastrous due to a complete failure of their after-hours service during a critical situation. While we understand that a major storm was passing through, the property's lack of preparedness and support was inexcusable. A large window awning was unsecured and spent the entire night violently banging against our cabin's window. The noise was incredibly loud, waking us up repeatedly with bangs so forceful we were genuinely afraid the glass was going to shatter. No one in our cabin was able to get any sleep. Throughout the night, I called the provided after-hours emergency number twice, leaving desperate messages for someone to please come and help secure the awning. No one ever called back. No one ever came. At one point, I even went out into the pouring rain and wind myself to see if I could tie it down, but without any rope or equipment, there was nothing I could do. We were left to suffer through the entire night with the relentless, deafening banging. A simple check of the property before a known storm or a responsive after-hours service would have prevented this. The fact that we were completely ignored in a situation that felt unsafe and ruined our night is unacceptable. We will not be returning and would advise others to be very wary, especially if there's a chance of bad weather.

Fantastic location. Parking on site was a big advantage. Property was excellent and clean. The outside could do with a bit of TLC, Definitely recommended

Obviously a great location and a nice property. Unfortunately checkin was a mess. Lots of misleading and outright incorrect information provided. Doesn't seem well organised.
