This is a special, peaceful and relaxing place. Vasily is an attentive host and gave us plenty of great recommendations for places to visit locally. He was proud to share his Cretan history and eco-farming techniques with us. We thoroughly recommend his farm tour. We ate our breakfast and evening meals at Dalabelos, enjoying the home grown and locally sourced food, beautifully prepared by Maria. Overall, this is a lovely spot for people looking for a peaceful and restorative place to stay combined with great Cretan hospitality.

Stunning views, wonderful hospitality. Secluded, but not isolated from Heraklion, Knossos, the surrounding beaches, caves, and hikes. Food is freshly—and lovingly—prepared.

Wir haben die Ruhe, traumhafte Aussicht, den wunderschönen Pool, das vorzügliche Essen sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sowie das gesamte Personal sind sehr freundlich, herzlich & zuvorkommend. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und vermissen jetzt schon die tolle Ambiance, die Herzlichkeit von Maria, Vassilis & Valerio sowie tollen Hunde Blacky, Sara & Aris. Die Führung durch die Farm war sehr interessant & der Musikabend einfach wunderbar. Wir lieben die traditionelle Musik von Vassilis. Maria ist eine ausgezeichnete Köchin & wir haben täglich lecker gegessen!
