clim présente juste dans la chambre parentale au RDC. Les enfants ont eu très chaud dans leur pièce (le séjour au 1er etage). L'accueil a été excellent et les gens parlaient très bien français, on nous a prêté des serviettes pour la piscine, parfait. Le petit-déjeuner est trop répétitif et nous avions juste le trou le choix entre petit déjeuner anglais ou continental (ras le bol après 4 jours car toujours la même chose). Mais dans l'ensemble c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix.

La limpieza no es lo suyo, las toallas olían raro, los muebles de terraza estaban muy sucios túvimos q limpiarlos para sentarnos en ellos, las camas son horribles para descansar al igual q el sofá, pero supongo dependerá de gustos personales, el suelo por muchas partes del apartamento se está hundiendo y crujía, por lo demás , fenomenales vistas, ubicacion no estaba mál , pero no para personas con movilidad reducida, muy bien equipado y comodidades en la cocina, y en general dentro del apartamento, pero necesita una muy buena reforma, y donde más en las ventanas y puertas de aluminio q costaba muchísimo abrir y cerrar y a aveces no quedaba bien cerrado. No es un 10 pero tampoco un 0 pero si mejorarán la limpieza hubiese puesto un 7 en vez de un 5 . La recepción muy bien. Y otra cosa es la insonorización,no existe, oía todas las conversaciones de los apartamentos de al lado. En cuanto a los ruidos del apartamento de abajo eso no tiene nada q ver con el hotel sino con la educación de las personas. He importante, si vas con menores, la piscina está abierta hasta las 20;00 lo del agua climatizada es cuestión de gustos.

Place looks a lot better than it really is. And the breakfast was really simple. You had to choose between continental or english breakfast. And the taste was not really good on either of them.

A very pleasant experience

Great very clean

For the first time ever we found ourselves with a better view of the harbour. The downside was that the bigger balcony overlooked the hill and busy road. This was no big disappointment though as the whole experience was excellent. The pool area was quiet and well looked after (there was an afternoon where we lost access to the pool-a small accident which meant the pool had to be disinfected, but no bother as we made our selves comfortable in the bar enjoying happy hour. The facilities in general are good with very welcoming staff looking after our needs and in the 9 days we were there our apartment was cleaned at least twice. The restaurant is also a lovely experience with the staff being very attentive and offering us everything we asked for (drinks & food). We even used the restaurant to order a take away one night which was a delight, This is our6th trip here and we look forward to coming again.

We had a lovely time at Ona El Marques. The staff is super kind and helpful, and the view is absolutely beautiful. We also had a good time at the swimming pool and at the restaurant. My only issue was the sofa bed in the living room, which is old and a uncomfortable, but the beds are great. Everything was clean and the flat is lovely. The very close supermarket is a life saver.

Pero al registrarnos todo el grupo de 12 personas a mi esposo no le entregaron el pasaporte y desafortunadamente no nos dimos cuenta hasta el día de saluda muy temprano y la oficina de registro estaba cerrada dejamos una nota al guardia de seguridad y hasta el día de hoy no sabemos nada . mañana regresaremos a phoenix . Por favor dejarnos saber si el resort todavía lo tiene .

Établissements propre. L appartement contenait gel douche shampooing serviette. Petit déjeuner cafe the et sucre La seule chose qui manquait etait les condiment (huile,vinaigre,sel,poivre)et la lessive.appartement bien placer et calme. Et connection tele dans votre langue.

Lovely stay - very friendly hardworking staff and very welcoming. Very well equipped rooms and very clean, Pool towels provided. Heated pool. Quiet at night for sleeping. Walk into the centre made easier with back gate access. Lidl and Superdino only yards away. Downside - building work ongoing opposite to the apartments - noisy and dusty. No dedicated parking - tricky to find a parking spot closeby. But we will be going again. hopefully the building work will be completed in 12 months time!!!!!
