Great hotel not a good space for dogs...many skunks passing thru!

staff is kind, bed was comfortable, room was quiet with an air conditioning unit that didn’t kick on loudly, but kept them at a comfortable temperature. We slept soundly and safely.

The whole property was very clean and quiet.

The desk person upon check in did not speak english well. I was charged for future incidentals that I wasn't expecting. When I asked how to work the tv remote, she didn't understand me. I hung my pants over the chair overnight and the pants where damp from sitting over the back of the chair. The A/C didn't remove any moisture in the room. The bed was softer than usual. We both slept poorly.

Easy access. AC was not keeping up very well but it was hot and humid outside so understandable.

Easy painless check in after long day on the road

The staff was exceptional. We left something behind and had to arrange to have it shipped through UPS. They were very kind and accommodating. This will be our go to when we travel from South Carolina to Wisconsin every year!

Everything was great except we had the housekeeping knock on our door twice within 15 minutes an hour before checkout time. We told them both times that we would be checking out at 11. They should check with the front desk before disturbing customers. It wasn’t like the place was swamped and they couldn’t wait til we left.

staff was very good to excellent. had a flushing issue but it was satisfactorily handled, however updating the bath area would be a huge improvement

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and easily found.The hotel is great.

May only problem was i was next to the road. Alot of truck noise. The curtains did nit keep the light out of the room at night. Sign was right outsde.

Good value breakfast is slim but restaurants are close.

Well first of all, I won't be staying at these hotels anymore, most hotels I stay at do not automatically deduct money from your debit card like you're going to destroy the room before you even stay in it, I can understand this if you're charged for harming the room but it seems excessive to deduct like 200 dollars off your card before you even enter the room, I don't like that so I'll stick with other hotels. Also there were signs all over the room threatening if you took a towel, 200 dollars, we were afraid to use towels or make coffee or anything, very, very uncomfortable. We won't be back!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Always willing to help. The room was also clean and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and affordable. Staff was very friendly and professional. We stayed there twice in a week on our trip.
