Staff, staff, staff so helpful and always a greeting hello from the moment you enter etc / rooms were immaculate: Pool is awesome and clean grounds are spectacular/ Rooms and carpets need an update. But the stay was perfect. Would stay there again.

Breakfast makes the whole stay one of the best.

Cons It was dirty because we found food and used juice box under the chair. It was very dusty. No water pressure. Put garbage outside room and was never picked up. Carpet was very dirty. Mismatched furniture, needed a table with chairs in our room because it was the family suite Pros good lighting in rooms, great counter space in bathroom, quiet, great breakfast, good location,

My only complaint is that house keeping is very erratic. Didn’t expect them every day but someone came in every day. One day they only made one of the beds and replaced towels, next day no beds were made and new towels were left but the old ones weren’t taken, next day both beds were made and towels taken and replaced but no bath mat was left. Coffee station was never refilled. So strange. Other than that everything was wonderful! Very clean, great staff, close to attractions… will stay here again

Super easy parking and hotel cart to transport luggage to room. 3 floors and elevator Great free breakfast with lots of options. Area next to check in desk had drinks ice cream and misc for purchase. Decent small gym and bathrooms near gym and pool. free flyers on local attractions. Outdoor pool (didnt use) pool lounge area with umbrellas and second outdoor area near lobby. Issues only 1 ice machine in whole hotel by pool. Indoor pool had at least 10 hair clumps or loose hair. Pool skimmer was filthy. Didnt use after that. A little noisy with kids running and stomping but quiet after 10pm

Front desk employees were great. Very friendly and professional and helful.housekeeping were not friendly at all and almost to the point of rude. Had to ask for tissues and toilet paper at front desk

It was our 2nd time staying and it was just as nice as the 1st time.

Flower beds full of weeds. Hot tub no longer working. Room could be updated

Looking a little tired in places. Breakfast first class. Some reception staff could use training on how to interact with guests, expecially check out.

I will never return to this disgusting hotel. Walls and my shower curtain were filled with mold. The bathroom was impossible to get in and out from due to it being so small. A heavy set person would of had to go to another hotel because this one was all booked up. Nope never ever would I return. I told the front desk girl know that I had a lot of mold in the bathroom and walls and the manger didnt even say two words to me.

Except for outside pool being dirty everything was fine.

Loved the property. This is our second time staying here. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms are nice and big. Very clean!

Great Hotel. Clean and quiet area. Best Breakfast buffet.

Excellent all around- location, garden, pools, rooms and discount for magic show. The breakfast is a buffet with many items to choose from. Have stayed here several times and we highly recommend it!
