I had a great stay at Towne hotel. Nice historical feel to it, and interesting art to look at. The staff were really helpful and friendly with amazing local knowledge and suggestions. Really nice clean room with a comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Great location. I would highly recommend if you are visiting Nassau.

Do Not Book. The property is completely misrepresented on Expedia. Extremely dirty, cockroaches present, and serious cleanliness and safety concerns. Management was unprofessional and uncooperative regarding a refund. This stay resulted in financial loss and major disappointment. Expedia should reconsider allowing this property on its platform.

Cute little hotel close to everything you need, best part of this place is the staff! Absolute sweethearts.

The hotel is located in town and walking distance to McDoinald, Dunkin Donuts, grocery store and restaurants. Plenty shopping stores but expensive as it in the location for tourists off the cruise ships. Needs getting proper information to use the bus routes but taxis are plentyful but can be expensive. Hotel need a little updating but it is clean and secure. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The place is great. Room is just ok, pillows aren't great, and it is a bit dirty/dated, but it is a good value and the food and atmosphere is great. I'd stay here again

Very convenient location with polite staff.

Staff was friendly. But room was not clean. Hair was in the bathtub, and but was crawling on the bed sheet when I turned it down to go to sleep. No shampoo or tissues in the room.

Good location But the hotel can use a major upgrade And the breakfast was not appealing at all, and the location is near the steps thats not healthy

Everyone was so nice and helpful

Staff was so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. Food/Drinks at the bar/ restaurant were delicious and affordable. I was in the junior suite which included a microwave and refrigerator. Loved that. One down side water takes forever to get hot (I was there in winter) but I had friends have the same issues at their hotels so it could be the area.

Breakfast could be varied, Staff didn't follow up on things that we complained about

The front desk staff were very nice and super helpful. Room was good, everything clean and in order. Room staff attended to the room each day, except days when I said they didn't need to bother. I would stay here again.

I cannot believe this place is allowed to serve food! Highly unsanitary! The entire place is dirty, old and neglected. I do not recommend this place at all! Once I checked in, I was there for 10 minutes and checked out - no refund!
