The staff was amazing and the room clean. I would stay there again.

I've stayed here a few times and although the location is beautiful right by the water, my room smelled of smoke.

I went to the Best Western Inn on the Bay for the Victoria Day weekend (Sun-Mon). Ot was such a great experience. The staff, reception (James and Yvonne) were very accommodating. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was a private floor and was only accessed by the cards for the rooms on the floor. The suite was large with a king bed and its own sitting room with a TV. The hallway leading to the bedroom, which had a door, had a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was also spacious. The view from the window was a partial view of the waterfront. Thw second room was large with 2 queen beds a sitting room area, TV, and a large electric fireplace. Wow. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I imagine the wonderful experience sitting on the patio, which has a view of the water, located with the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Always a wonderful stay. We stay for business multiple times a month. This is the best hotel in Owen sound. Staff is wonderful and the restaurant is the best

Fantastic place, clean, calm, friendly

Facility was excellent however the reception staff failed to advise us that the restaurant required reservations which put us at a disadvantage as we had to attend an early morning meeting.

All staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. It was a treat having a full-service restaurant inside the hotel. Both the breakfast and dinner menu were great. I am not an eggs & bacon breakfast eater - our table server was cheerful and happy to pass on what I’d really like to eat, and the chef did a superb job. Our room was clean and well maintained, though I did find the pillows a little “lumpy”.

Great property on the water easy access to the trail system. Staff is very friendly. Nicely appointed restaurant, good selection of meals. Well kept hotel .

Déçu par le manque de souplesse dans leur politique. Avec la réservation nous avons acheté les déjeuner. Le WE, le restaurant ouvre ses portes qu’à compter de 8:00. J’ai demandé un remboursement car bcp trop tard pour nous. Le responsable a refusé, car nous avions fait les réservations via expédia. Les BW c’est terminé pour nous.

Very clean and wonderful staff

This is an older property but relatively well taken care of, but it is dated and due for a renovation. Great view of the Georgian Bay.

Whirlpool and hot tub great get the sun in the afternoon.. dinner at restaurant was good had some premium liquor for cocktails at bar .. only negative was water pressure in shower fine for quick wash but wouldn’t have been for doing hair . Loved our stay would stay again
