All staff was polite and helpful. Our room was large and clean, however the kitchenette was not very well equipped ( utensils, bowls, cookware), so we had to purchased some of our own stuff… Other than that we had a great stay!

Clean room and varities of breakfast items

Stay was good. But, fridge in my room froze all my vegetables and water and other stuff. Thermostat was taped together with scotch tape and had a hard time adjusting. Bathroom tub was older, and soap dish holder in tub, was twisted and had mold under it.

The overall experience was good, i was super busy to check out fitness centre or swimming pool. The breakfast was buffet style, no gripes about it.

The room door lock wasn’t functioning. After the second try to get in, staff had to come and jimmy the door open. The lock was still broken when we checked out. The hotel put us in a room with an accessible bathroom which we did not require or want. The room was beside the ice and soft drink machines which we specified when booking on line. The desk clerk we dealt with as not helpful, but the other desk clerk, Lane was. He understands hospitality.

The staff was very accommodating & helpful. Room was clean & the pool was fun. My kids really enjoyed it. Food had enough choices & was good. Will definitely come back.

Friendly staff, Rooms service was decent

The pool was a lot of fun and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were friendly. However, when we got into our room, I noticed some mould in the bathroom. The wall in the bathroom had been cracked and was falling apart by the tub probably from water damage, our beds were being held up by thin pieces of plywood strips and when we sat on the bed, it would dip or crack. Upon inspection, we saw the ribs of the bedframe were made out of the plywood strips that had been clearly been previously fixed or attempted to be fixed. My husband and I had to reaarange the strips around with making sure that the plywood were in places to make sure it was sturdy so we could sleep on the bed without crashing down.
