The hotel is tidy in general, but the hot springs facilities seem a bit old and smaller than expected.

We stay 2 days. This is the first time having onsen experience, the staff were wonderful and speak excellent English. Both dinner and breakfast are incredible. We really appreciated the warm welcome and excellent service.

The property is set in a perfect location of Yufuin, only a few minutes walk to the main streets/ Yufuin Floral village. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, and the property is charming and traditional. The private onsen was a nice touch! The only downside to the hotel is that it’s a little dated and the walls are paper thin. I would recommend ear plugs if a light sleeper! Also, we did not realise that everything in Yufuin closes at 5pm - only 3 restaurants were open in the whole town and one of them was fully booked up so there’s really not much choice. We decided to not book half board as we wanted to try different foods but very nearly got caught out as did not realise everywhere shut…. Just something for travellers to be aware of…

Excellent service and friendly staff. We loved the private family hot bath and breakfast was awesome too! We will definitely go back if we have a chance to. Thumbs up!

Le personnel était très accueillant. Les bains étaient aussi beau que sur les photos. Il y avait plein de petits cadeaux aussi. Merci beaucoup.

In general the stay was great and the private onsens were also pretty good. But my issue is the sink in my room had an awfully bad smell especially when the water is running. Kind of like an extremely fishy smell which makes me doubt the cleanliness of the water supply

環境優美，房間整理乾淨，早餐尤其好吃，連續兩天會有不同早餐內容，心情令人愉悅，開心慢慢吃早餐，真是一種享受啊。

全てにおいて満足しかない滞在でした。 部屋は清潔で過ごしやすい、スタッフも全員が丁寧な対応をしてくれる。 朝食も山を見ながら凝った料理を食べることができて幸せでした。

The service here is so good and thoughtful, I cannot emphasize how impressed we were. The staff helped us store our baggage before check in and figure out how to get the baggage to the train station. We were provided a variety of complimentary gifts, and a map of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, and the private baths were a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area.

住了一個晚上，員工非常的親切設施也都很不錯，餐點也很用心。

직원분들이 정말 친절합니다. 늘 밝은 모습과 도와주려는 태도로 응대해 주셔서 감동했습니다. 가격대비 방의 크기가 넓어서 가족여행으로 적합합니다. 하루만 지낸게 아쉬웠습니다. 프라이빗 온천을 저녁, 아침 두번 예약할 수 있는데, 다른 숙소의 아무때나 갈 수 있는 노천탕 대비 조용하고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 저녁에만 이용하고 아침에 예약을 하지 않았는데, 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 저녁식사는 성인메뉴, 어린이 메뉴 모두 만족스러웠고, 제가 사케를 주문해서 맛있게 마시니 매니저나 주방장급으로 보이는분께서 서비스로 같은 사케의 더 상급라인업을 한잔 맛보게 해주셔서 기분 좋았습니다. 사케를 좋아하는 만큼 기억에 남는 경험이었습니다. 여성과 아이들을 위한 별도 유카타나 파우치를 준비해둔 센스도 기억에 남는 경험입니다. 위치가 메인 거리 및 긴린코 호수와 가까워서 좋습니다.(도보 10분 이내) 아침에 일찍 일어나서 주변을 산책했는데 싱그러운 초록색의 풍경이 정말 좋았습니다. 시설이 더 좋아도 메인 상점가 중심에서 멀리 있는 료칸들보다 접근성 측면에서 매우 유리합니다.

Excellent staff and great location! The Japan / Western style room was very comfortable and spacious.

It’s clean and feel warmly welcomed during the stay. The deco is not fancy but you can feel the hotel is preparing food with their all hearts. The private hot spring is so good. Truly recommend it.

部屋は清潔で快適、朝食は由布岳の見る会場、地元の食材で種類も多く満足、ほぼ欠点はない宿。

從一到旅館，就有備受禮遇尊崇的感覺，親切溫柔服務態度，專屬戶外溫泉，美好的風景享受著精緻早餐，太棒的享受！ 可是最令人感動的事，是已經退房離開，走了已經有一段距離，忽然被後面的聲音喊住，回頭一看驚訝了一下，原來我忘記了我的拐杖，服務人員一路跑步追我們，為了送回我拐杖，其實他們可以選擇讓我們自己發現，再回頭去取的，然而他們卻選擇最辛苦的方式，即時送回我們的遺忘物品，那一刻內心真的充滿感激與感動，如果再來由布院，我想這裏將是我的不二選擇！

家人覺得床褥較硬，但其他各方面都很好。 這次是我第二次入住，今次特登帶年長父母來試下温泉旅館一泊二食，佢地好滿意，晚餐亦很好味。職員好貼心，有安排地下温泉給我們，行動不便嘅父母不用行樓梯上上層溫泉。整體滿意，值得推介。
