Pleasant service from all the staff and room and bathroom were in in good condition. It would have been nice if the toilet could have been cleaned over our 3 day stay .

The staff made the stay perfect for me .

Staff were delightful, hotel was clean and quiet, breakfast and dinner were delightful.

Clean, tidy and in a great spot for access to M5 and Bristol. Stayed for work and only used the bedroom facilities. Bed was comfy, shower did the job but walls were quite thin so got woken up by someone else's early morning TV. Food seemed a bit basic (Monday special was Scampi and Chips but you're so close to Mollies Diner or Cribbs for food you're not short of choice. Free and ample parking was good too.

Great stay - good location for motorway and into bristol centre

Small room but we knew that. Only 1 towel for 2 people so had to ask for another. Pubic hair on back of toilet seat! Apart form that was just what we needed lol

Stay was ok, the bathroom had talc on the floor from the last guest ,the bed was poorly made and the bottom sheet came untucked on the first night,which lead to me being wrapped in and having to remake the bed. Don't rate the food , I went next door to the Swan after my first night. Ok for a work stay.

We had an awful experience at this hotel. Booked and was put into a room where the shower was broke and running constantly all through the night. Went to reception where they said the hotel was completely booked out and suggested putting a towel under the water that was dripping. I explained that I’d already tried this and just made it worse where it was going through the towel. The shower was completely unclean and full of mold. Really unhappy with our stay.

The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were extremely comfortable, I had the best nights sleep in the enormous bed. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Very comfortable double bed. However second bed in our premium quadruple room was a sofa bed! Not as booked on your website. Everything else was very good.

Easy to access from motorway so good location Staff friendly and rooms clean and tidy.

Room sizes were very inconsistent, I came with my family with 3 rooms booked. We all payed the same and booked the same size room- one of us had a box room with no table, no space to turn or walk around the bed and the floor boards above the room were very loud if the person above is walking around at 2 am- which was the case (if you get room 102 then good luck)! Another person had a large room with table and chairs and space to move around all for the same price- so luck of the draw on your experience.

Good choice for business trip stays

Perfect for solo travel as a wee bar and cafe made arriving after 7 easy. The reception staff are the most helpful and genuine I have come across. I have not stayed here before but i will come back when i have a car .Not ideal for train or bus travellers as it is a good few miles out of Bristol centre.
