Amazing service

I Would not rate this a 4 star hotel, the rooms have no sound isolation at all. I could hear the neighbor talk or just move around. And the cleaning personell disturbed us and where loud in the hallways during cleaning. Floors weren’t clean.

Gute Lage, Gute Zimmer, Gutes Frühstück

Nöjda med allt framför allt deb trevliga och hjälpsamma personalen och lugnet vid poolen.

Rummen var rena och fräscha men de gemensamma utrymmena var lite bortglömda. Upplevde att det fanns för lite personal för att ta hand om hela anläggningen. Kändes inte som ett fyrstjärnigt hotell.

Dejligt hotel med dejlig pool

I was a bit concerned after booking then reading some new reviews but we had nothing to worry about. Our room was very clean and the air con was excellent which was essential in a very hot week. Initially we were put into the wrong style of room but this was very quickly rectified by reception. I don’t remember reading it before but it is important to note that it is a very steep hill walk from the restaurant to block one and two or back from the pool that is down there. The restaurant is not amazing but there are more than enough options and food all tasted fresh. Five min walk to bus station for palma and airport. Airport but however took 1.5 hours and the fans could not keep up with the heat. We got a taxi to the hotel which was €60. Staff were friendly with us. We had a very good deal for this hotel and for the price, it was very good.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hoel ist etwas älter, ich hatte aber ein komplett saniertes Zimmer. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist super freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

Good food, clean room, air con not great but we were there during a heat wave

A bit trouble along the road, powerfailure, lack of water, firealarm one night, however the staff managed to get us a very decent upgraded replacement for no charge and were very helpful. So all in all we enjoyed our stay and had a good time 😀🌞 Petter, Norway

Good stay at this hotel. Our double room was very large and cleaned every morning, breakfast was good and with variation every day. the pools were big and lots of chairs and umbrellas. Short walk into the main part of town.

Great value for money hotel, food is good & you will always find something to eat, rooms are all you need except a kettle, staff are friendly, pool is nice & always a sunbed available, 3rd time here so far this year, can't fault the hotel, love it & can't wait to come back.

Frühstück war sehr gut

The hotel was clean and the food was good but there was just a lack of service. For example they didn’t even provide water and at dinner they charged for it. The staff hardly said good morning/night or a hello. Apart from that it was very good.

Funktionierte alles, beim Frühstück war alles da, sauberes Zimmer das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit

Paljon ötököitä, koppakuoriaisia tuli oven alta huoneeseen. Huoneen kylpyhuoneessa oli pieniä muurahaisia kulmassa, ilmeisesti niiden pesä. Siivoaja oli laittanut kai hiekkaa eteen, mutta koko kylppäri vilisi niitä.
