Amazing service!

The overall hotel was great, the room was clean and service was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Just your average American breakfast but it hit the spot. The only downside to our experience was the bed was rock hard. I had a terrible nights sleep due to the bed being extremely uncomfortable.

Becky was super helpful with our late arrival and storing our bikes since we were on the second floor and no elevator. Water pressure excellent and breakfast very good

Front desk staff is kind and helpful, rooms are clean, convenient location within Sequoia Ntl Park entrance, has a pool, good breakfast options, all is well :)

The hotel was under renovation and had signs up about please pardon our renovation, I had no idea what I was in for. The first morning I woke up to someone hammering on the next door rooms’s connecting wall. As I don’t like to complain and it wasn’t loud I got up and took off for the day. The next day at 7:30 am hammering on the wall and heavy equipment and drilling noises went on for two hours. I tried ear buds , it was so loud the noise cancelling air pods couldn’t drown it out! I went to the office to complain and the girl told me that was why they had the signs up. I have her a piece of my mind because I felt I paid too much for the hotel even without the construction in the next room. I asked if they didn’t have rules for the workers to not work on a room next to one that has a do not disturb sign on the door. Many other rooms were also in the process of renovation that were not next door to a paying guest. She said they had none of those kind of rules. She put in her notes for me not to be disturbed the next morning. I walked to my car and found that the workers had furniture and equipment they were working on in the parking spot by my car!!! I checked for scratches on my car and while there were none my black car looked white because it was covered in a fine dust!!! To be fair it was more quiet the next day but I think they had finished with the room next to mine. I don’t think I could recommend this hotel. They did not seem to have the guests comfort in mind.

Great price reasonable for room. You need to have it some kind of vegan option at breakfast. You had apples and bananas, but how about hot oatmeal or cooked potatoes?

Very convenient location to Yosemite National Park

Clean and recently remodled by the looks of it. Staff was a little condescending when I asked about places to eat. Felt the need to school me on how early places close on a Sunday night.

Conveniently located. Staff friendly and breakfast was good. We used the pool Each evening and that was nice.

The property itself and front desk staff is great, but for the 2 days we stayed there was loud scratching and drilling sounds coming from next room at around 7am and continued for at least 2 hours. Looks like some renovation project, but it’s so noisy at early hours so we couldn’t sleep well. This kind of maintenance that disturbs customers should be scheduled between 11am-4pm. Thanks.

Großes Zimmer. Netter Empfang und einfacher Check in. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, zu viel darf allerdings nicht erwartet werden. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt für einen Zwischenstopp.
