Great Apartment

The property was spacious and had a good view, but was quite tired looking and a few things were broken, which I have emailed the property about, but had no response. The worst thing was one of the bed bases was broken - it had a big sink hole and on looking underneath we noticed some of the slats were broken. We had to sleep on the mattresses on the floor. In the kitchen one of the hobs was faulty, turning on automatically when the wall switch was turned on, but hob switch turned off. the extractor fan and light did not work. One heater in a bedroom was hanging off the wall. The carpet was worn and needed stretching to smooth out ridges.

Great stay of 8 nights. Very comfortable and great communication with hotel staff via email. Great location

we have stayed before and it is a great place for more than a couple and handy to Queenstown.

Instructions for entry were clear and easy to follow. The place was very clean and looks new/modern. Great location with a quick walk to the lake and restaurants. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Queenstown.

Hard to locate. Bad signage. When I phoned to get the info to get in the staff were very helpful and patient. Very safe premises. A quick drive into Queenstown. We enjoyed our stay.

Good sized apartment for 4 adults with great bathroom facilities. Lounge suite & dining chairs tired & some rips in curtains. Good location for Frankton but challenging not having a car park nearby ( in hotel car park 5 minutes walk down/up hill).

Our stay was fun. Water taxi from Hilton was good experience. Fans provided were in need of updating but that was a minor issue.

The property was in an excellent location close to the beautiful Lake Wakatipu and great to have the eating options of the Hilton Hotel. The apartment was clean and spacious and loved having a bath tub in the main bathroom. Close to walking tracks and can catch a water taxi across to the town.

Nice area in Queenstown.

The property was in an amazing site Beautiful views, mostly clean, check in was easy. It was a bit “ tired” chairs flaking fabric, shower had broken seals hanging down- all workable but I was a bit disappointed. Also had unannounced worker check the property - a bit of notice would have been good. The property was workable. Fit for purpose just needs a little maintenance inside. Am grateful for the accomodation !

We paid over 900 dollars a night and I was disappointed in the condition of the apartment . Missing bath plug , leaky bath, no milk in fridge limited tea and coffee. No daily service . The apartment was run down

Car parking is not directly at the building but otherwise it was a great stay in very clean and comfortable accommodation.

there were no extra blankets in one bedroom. beaytiful views from balcony in room 202 comfortable and very spacious rooms. well appointed

Bloody Awesome place to stay!! Just a pity there is no reception contact for those little things you need during your stay. Parkings not the greatest, but otherwise. The property was great! Great views!

Facilities are a bit poor,

Good for a family. Good location & view. But facilities a bit old. Some lights not working. Room also quite dusty. Not properly vacuumed before. Not very good value, quite pricy.

The apartment was incredible and just what we needed as a young family. Amazing views too Ashame there is no parking close by available, but I’m sure that would have been stated, I just booked in a hurry. The only other niggle was a great master bedroom, unfortunately the bed was two singles pushed together

Staff was really helpful with our request. Quite impressed and really greatful
