The room certainly seemed neglected, curtain hanging off, bed the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced, window in bathroom with rotted frame and unable to be closed. Would never recommend to anyone.

It was convenient for our needs. You could tell they are upgrading the property which is needed. Our Family room was ok for one night as we were just transiting through. Our bathroom had been newly renovated but the rest of the room needs to be done. The room next door was going through a Reno and the building had been painted. If you have a trailer/van parking is extremely limited. Best to contact them beforehand. The person working there was was extremely helpful and friendly.

Room not very clean: Paddle Pop wrapper and stick on bedside table and toilet seat not clean. Bed fresh and clean. Good location and facility.

Seemed quite 'tired' and in need of renovations for the rooms themselves. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated recently and was quite nice, though the sink was not one I'd have chosen, for practicality. The walls were quite thin and were annoying for noise. As we had to get up at 6.30, to drive back to Melbourne the next day, we wanted to go to bed at 9.30pm. Just before this, the people in the next room arrived and were very loud. They were talking, watching TV etc with no consideration to others. I could even hear not just that they were talking, but what they were actually saying. Thankfully I had my ear plugs, so could block out some of the noise of the traffic.

It was convenient and accessible

Unfortunately very dirty, there was hair in the bathroom and carpets were not clean.

Will stay again.
