room was clean had plenty of kitchen utensils

Loved the fact that I was given a code to access to my room key cos I arrived almost midnight. Only met the shuttle bus driver and appreciated her services. Wifi connection would've been better took me overnight to be able to connect. Also there was no milk in the fridge.

Advertises free airport shuttle but doesn't tell you it isn't available Saturday and Sunday

The website didn't accurately reflect the accommodation and the room was quite strong with cigaret smoke.

The inbound flight from Nauru ETA 1130pm was turned back due to weather conditions in Brisbane. I phoned the Novena Palms Motel as soon as I possible could (been on a plane all night), and they refuse to refund the booking payment. I still have no idea when my Nauru flight will be rescheduled. Certainly won't ever be rebooking into this motel!!!

The people in the unit above my room had a loud party all night which I had no sleep from. Also, all you hear in the room is footsteps from the ceiling.

Nice big room. Patio was great for outside dining.

No tissues, biscuits, enough milk, no spare blankers pillows

The rooms were smelly & old, old mink blankets on the beds & navy towels in bathrooms

Only stayed overnight from 10pm till 5.30, the rooms were clean,wasn't noisy,near the airport.

Convenient location to the airport. Airport shuttle available. Easy check in. off street parking

Only stayed the 1 night but we were able to leave our car there for 4 days while we were away

We stayed the night before flying out the next morning. Super easy and lovely lady at reception.

Ok stay, kept waiting for 10 minutes before being able to check in as the lady was on the phone!

The space was clean enough, and my gusband said the staff were fine to deal with. The actual rooms were very dark, smelt, and there were patched up walls, unpainted. The notices up around the room gave us a sense that we weren't very safe and that there is generally a lot of domestic issues. The shower door didn't close and is an ok size for a young child but be prepared to shower with your elbows in. There were also no sanitary bins! The bathroom ceiling is very low!! It was good to have a fridge and a microwave available. You had to wash and drink from the bathroom tap though as there was no other sink. Overall, it was ok as we were always out and about but I wouldn't really recommend this place.

I guess you get what you pay for not too bad not too good either

Difficult to get up the steps with heavy bags
