The locked gates make for a very secure stay. Everything spotlessly clean comfy beds.

It is a little tired but great location, everything we needed and perfect for a single night stop over. Bed was very comfortable.

We needed to book in early and Scott was very accommodating and assisted us as we need to go to a Funeral, being able to book in at midday helped us out a lot very impressed with the service Scott and his staff gave us very much appreciated we will use Broadwater again without any issues

Amazing huge rooms lots of space.

Easy to get into the parking bays, that were right outside our room. Well appointed and comfortable.

Thing i didn't like not the right address given had to ring to get access. Other from that great spot.

The bed was two singles pushed together and kept slipping apart during the night, it was very uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible.

Great staff, great complex. It is getting older but always well maintained and very clean. Great management who are very helpful.

Clean, modern, everything that you needed was provided. Staff very good. Would definitely come again

Everything was really great. Only one complaint & that is the very sharp toilet roll holder scraped my daughters hip (& drew blood) as the space is quite tight when trying to open the door. It’s an odd holder, maybe just needs replacing with one that doesn’t stick out from the wall so far & not made of metal.

Best Property we have stayed at during our 7 week trip from Perth to Kununurra and back.

Our family had a great time here. The accommodation was spacious and had most things we needed. Towels for the pool would have been nice and is expected for 4.5 stars. Still craving for the steak I had at the restaurant, it was mighty delicious.

It was nice. They need to put covered patio’s on the outside for sun protection.

Lovely walk over the road to the beach :) Staff friendly and helpful - No daily room servcie/cleaning was a downer

This is a very pleasant property, with various accommodation options. Well located, good suite with kitchen, living and separate bedroom.
