Very old fashioned decor but nice comfortable rooms. Easy access to beach, restuarants and shops all within walking distance. The stand in manager was outstanding, a really lovely lady. One pool is heated which is nice.

Great view, close to the beach

The building is quite old, but the renovated room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful — a real highlight of the stay. Parking was easy and convenient, which was a big plus. Just keep in mind that there are no lifts, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs if you’re staying on a higher floor. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few things to consider.

Great location and really friendly onsite management, no lift but everything else was ten out of ten, have found our go to place for any future trips to Caloundra

Nice staff, good property with great views, beautiful beach, grocery and dining incredibly close.

Excellent location and lovely views over the beach and ocean. One evening we had a party going on above us and that was very noisy, the rest of our stay was quiet. We would stay there again it was very nice

Property is a bit dated, our stay was great and management were fantastic during our stay

Authenticate 90's holiday apartment complex. Extremely well run. Well located. Sunday markets and caloundra beach were fantastic... Both within very short walking distance.

The unit was very comfortable and located directly across the street from Happy Valley Beach. Shops and places to eat very close and the boardwalk and park area along the foreshore was terrific in the afternoons.

Awesome stay with an incredible view. The view from the kitchen and living room/balcony was stunning. The only downside was parking in the garage under the building. With a full size SUV it was a really tight fit but there was lots of free parking on the street. The managers were very helpful with directing us to the free parking spots and there was always some available.

I loved the location & the proprietors were very helpful & kind & even let me have a late checkout on my last day after I came out of Hospital. I would definately recommend Joanne's Appartments

Close to beaches and shops. Quite and nice.

Nice….unfortunately though there was no lift. Outside lights were shining into apartment all night. Close to everything. Appreciated being able to get into room early. Overall pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Made a last minute booking here as there wasn’t much available and I have to say we really enjoyed our weekend away. The unit was clean, tidy and there was easy access to everything we needed! Thank you

Nice view, great location, heated pool was nice, easy parking, good size. Could have been cleaner, no lift available for upstairs. Room was really quite run down.
