Excellent value and quality motel. Some motels in NZ can be substandard, so this was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the motel is very conveniently located in the centre of Dunedin.

The property is a convenient location and good for the price, and we appreciated the kitchen and having access to laundry facilities. We were overlooking the car park, but it was not noisy. Reception staff were lovely and helpful.

We hadn't stayed here before so was pleasantly surprised- it was very modern and had a huge amount of space in the room. Had a wee hiccup of no hot water one morning but they had in fixed in no time. The service was great:)

Friendly and quick check-in. Bright, spacious, clean studio in a fantastic location, right in the heart of everything. The icing on the cake was the 10 dollar laundry service - wash, dry and iron! Highly recommended!!

Warm welcome. Convenient location. Car parking is not so convenient. Didn't realise our room was at the back and we had to drag luggage upstairs.

Check out is at 10:00 am. Can not cook in the apartment, since there is no cooktop or oven.

We were really pleased with 315Euro. Super central, clean and a bonus having free parking. No aircon but the supplied fan was sufficient.

Helpful staff, nice room, reasonable price, very good location in central Dunedin. Not a complaint, but hotel was a bit difficult to find (while driving) as it’s located down a narrow laneway off a one way major street.

Everything ticked the box except it can improve on the internet. The internet connectivity was poor.
