Great location! Big room, comfortable beds quiet room. Small bathroom. Ok breakfast but no hot food. Slow elevator. No check in after 10 pm.

Idealement placé (a proximité du museum quartier), j'y ai passé un excellent sejour. La chambre etait tres spacieuse et lumineuse, le lit confortable. Tres bonne insonorisation avec la rue, un peu moins avec les chambre (j'entendais les co.versations de mes voisins).

Das Hotel liegt sehr Central. Das Zimmer zum Hof raus war ruhig. Leider kann man die Fenster nicht ankippen. Negativ ist das es jeden Morgen das gleiche zum Frühstück gibt, Abwechslung wäre Gastfreundlich. Der Betreiber des Hotels ist nur zu auserwählten Gästen freundlich.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Pension Museum on Museumstrasse, near the Volkstheater. In a nod to its famous neighborhood, the rooms and hallways are adorned with interesting artwork, giving it a funky yet cozy vibe. The wonderful staff are helpful and eager to make your stay a pleasant one. The breakfast buffet offers an array of delicious foods ranging from sweet to savory, healthy to indulgent. We looked forward to having our coffee in the bright and elegant breakfast room every morning. If we are ever fortunate enough to visit Vienna again, we will choose to stay here.

Hotel in zona tranquilla e strategia per gli spostamenti: in poco tempo a piedi si arriva in centro e comodissimo alla fermata della Metro. Ottima colazione e personale gentile.

Owner was gracious, very helpful on how to navigate Vienna, offered to hold luggage so we could explore. Breakfast was fabulous too.

Great location but unfortunately the rooms don't have air conditioning. In the recent heatwave that was unbearable. Also, the elevator doesn't work. Can't recommend.

Majoituspaikka oli erinomainen sijainniltaan Museokorttelin vieressä, metroasemakin aivan vieressä. Aamiainen oli miellyttävä kokemus. Oikein hieno ja rauhallinen tunnelma.

A good experience. Check in was hard to navigate as the check in is on the 1st floor which is really the third floor. When you enter the building there’s only a stairwell. Another guest pointed out the elevator in the corner and then it was easy to find. The complementary breakfast was wonderful. Bathroom new and spacious. I had a single room so it looked over the back courtyard but was reasonably priced. My refrigerator was broken, but eventually they were able to replace it. Nice to have chilled water, fruit and snacks for the room. The location was excellent. Walked all over and it’s close to the subway and many of the museums and palaces. A very walkable city. Just behind the hotel was a local neighborhood with a grocery store and many restaurants. The manager arranged a taxi for me on my last day, he was very helpful. I would stay there again.

Otel olarak lanse edilmiş ancak aslında pansiyon niteliğinde bir yer. Girişi rezalet halde. Resepsiyon hizmeti neredeyse yok denecek kadar yetersiz. En ciddi güvenlik sorunu ise, odanın anahtarıyla pansiyonun dış kapısının da açılabilmesi. Bu durum, diğer odaların anahtarlarının da sizin odanızı açabilme ihtimalini doğuruyor. İşletme sahibi iletişim konusunda oldukça zayıf; ciddi, mesafeli ve profesyonel bir izlenim vermeye çalışsa da bu tutumu misafirperverlikten uzak. Tek artı yönü çalışkanlığı diyebilirim. Konum ve kahvaltı dışında tesisin genel koşulları oldukça yetersizdi. Kahvaltıda sunulan bazı ürünlerin “helal” olduğu belirtilmişti ancak bu konuda gerekli hassasiyetin gösterilmediği anlaşılıyordu. Tüm bu olumsuzluklara rağmen fiyatların oldukça yüksek olması da ayrıca hayal kırıklığı yarattı.

There are stairs to climb to get to the lift so if you struggle with a few stairs its not for you. Reception door is locked 24/7 and you always need to buzz it if you are on a different floor even to get to breakfast. Staff helpfulness and friendliness variable. Location fantastic , room great though the lighting was subdued for my taste.

The location of this property can't be beat!! It's easy walking distance to the museums, Hofburg, dining, subway and the Innerstadt. The staff was friendly and helpful. The European breakfast was good and I found the older building quite charming. The bed was firm but very comfortable (and I normally prefer a soft bed - everyone's preferences are different). I found the small refrigerator to be very helpful. The was a GREAT choice for my Vienna trip!
