Perfect location, staff we very friendly. Only downside was the breakfast didn’t have hot food. But very pleasantly surprised by this facility!

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Great location. But also no place besides hangers to put clothes and the breakfast has been super scaled down.

The staff at front desk, especially Kendrick is just amazing. They go out of their way to address issues or concerns. My only suggestions is that they BRING BACK THE HOT BREAKFAST and place a corn hole game outside for all to enjoy. We will definitely be back.....

Staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Hotel was nicest of the 4 we stayed at on this trip- spacious and clean.

Spark's beds were comfortable. Hotel was close to scenic. The manager Christa was very friendly. Room was clean. Outstanding choices for breakfast. Reasonable price for the hotel room.

Hotels.com represents this hotel as pet friendly, so I booked and opted to pay at the property. When I arrived, the manager said it was NOT pet friendly, and wouldn’t allow it. The manager said I would “not be charged” and “not to worry” about it. I left and had to find another hotel. I was charged the full amount two days later on top of paying the second hotel for the same night. This hotel is still listed as pet friendly, so beware.

Wonderful staff. I was shocked when I passed the front desk the next morning and I was greeted by first name. Very friendly and pleasant. Hotel was clean, good location, nice view.

Beds unmade. Blanket and stuffed animal left on the bed and apparently housekeeping instructed to not make beds if there is anything on the bed...A child's blanket and stuffed animal?

Comfortable spot, right across from horses, bike riding, and a wonderful trail!

Very clean, large comfortable room. Very functional layout and bathroom set-up. Friendly, efficient staff.

We have vacations at Chincoteague for the past 13 years. This time however our experience was not the best. Best Weatern was bought out by Spark by Hilton. Well, they were transitioning into the new systhey didn’t disclose this during check in
