Good spacious double room at back, friendly staff and service, clean comfortable room, charm. 20-minute walk to centre manageable, quiet, slight rumble of trains near but not disturbing. We very much enjoyed our stay and Firenze amazing. Thank you

The room was ok.

I loved our stay in the hotel, me and my daughter and husband stayed 2 nights. Everyone was really friendly especially Antonella she was amazing and one of the other ladies in the reception that helped us with some tourist attraction to visit! The rooms was great, very clean. The breakfast was amazing!

Excellent, I would improve the breakfast but I really recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. Their rooms are big and bathroom is very clean. The location is very close to Galleria but you might need to walk a bit if you want to reach the other parts like Uffizi and Boboli Gardens. But that was okay for us as there were quiet a few bus services and nearby stops. The staff is nice and helpful too. Some issues we had which led me to give lower rating - There were mosquitoes in the room, luckily they were only one or too and we kept pur windows shut so we were able to deal with it. The room has no means of ventilation, the AC was in heat mode and there was ni control when it was too hot for us we couldn’t open windows as it would have led to more mosquitoes entering the room. But its overall a good place if you want to spend a night or too

The staff and owner were friendly. The rooms floor was weird, and no curtains at the window. Breakfast was basic but good. They said no Amex allowed and had to pay with debit which wasn’t great.

Had a wonderful long weekend (3 night) stay here. It's a short, easy walk from the main tourist strip so simple to get around Florence by foot. It's also easy to get to from the airport with tram and bus to just a few blocks away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room (single room) was spacious with comfortable bed, good shower and all you need for a short break. I ate in the restaurant the first night - it's not the best space, but the food was AMAZING (beef that melted in your mouth) and the cocktail even more so. The bartender is fabulous - the service, knowledge and chat you expect from a five-star hotel in the middle of London or New York. The last night I ate at a nearby local restaurant - there are plenty of choices if you're willing to be adventurous and not looking for a 'tourist trap' restaurant but something more authentic and traditional. If you're looking for fancy luxury hotel, this isn't the place for you. But if you want a comfortable stay, in a clean hotel with friendly staff, and in an area that is away from the chaos of too many tourists but still easy to get around from, at a great price, this is a wonderful choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Väldigt varmt rum utan fungerande central aircondition. Närliggande järnvägstation väsnas med öppna fönster. Frukost med bröd typ formfranska. Mycket sötsaker. Fint stort rum. Ingen hiss. Parkering i närliggande garage.

We really enjoyed staying there, everything was perfect.

Great hotel, with a good breakfast selection Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Lack of taxi availability but they tried their best to call taxis Alexandro was fantastic and always ready to help.

Old and has mosquitos and bugs

la chambre 208 était bien; petit bémol: le bruit de la climatisation et SURTOUT l'horrible bruit du petit frigo dans la chambre.

Great little bar and bar area with an amazing bar tender who will give a master class on Italian alcohol. Breakfast was good. Staff was all very friendly. Street parking in the blue lines is the only parking, which we found a spot a few blocks down. Not a lot of retail or restaurants in the immediate area, which we were fine with as we had a car. Quiet at night. A good night of sleep.

Situé à 20mn à pieds du centre ville, l’hôtel Mediceo n’en demeure pas moins sympathique et charmant!!! Accueil agréable et petit déjeuner varié et gentiment servi, chambres pittoresques mais confortable sauf la salle de douche dans la dépendance qui est beaucoup trop petite au regard de la taille de la chambre, idéal malgré tout pour visiter la ville qui est sublime !!! Nous recommandons !!!

Two good restaurants on Don Minzoni otherwise bit limited. Good meal in the hotel. 20 min walk to the Duomo

Bonjour, Sejour convenable. Chambre propre mais malheureusement sans entretien. Concernant la salle de bains, cuvette de wc fixée de travers, robinetterie de la vasque posée et non fixée, etc. Ce veux être une adresse relevée mais au final décevant. Bref sejour convenable, mais aussi vite oublié. Personnel à peine aimable. Bruno D.
