Dirty, old, run down hotel on a busy street with constant noise from traffic, sirens, and trains throughout the night. I wouldn't stay at this dump again for anything

My husband and I have stayed here before. The accommodations meet our needs.

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. It is next to the freeway and on a major street used by emergency vehicles…lots of sirens through the night.

The room was very comfortable and nicely updated. Would be nice to have grab bars to get in & out of the tub. I stayed 3 nights and my room was never serviced wtih fresh towels nor was the bed made. The refrigerator ran off & on all night making strange sounds and being so close to the hospital there were a lot of ambulance sirens during the night. April the manager is amazing and the accommodations easy to book easy to alter and let me tell you something having a microwave and a coffee maker in the room and a refrigerator in the room solves so many expensive problems and not only that but y'all you need to try this Tara green shampoo body wash conditioner stuff they got in the bathroom cuz it smells like heaven the towels are clean the room is clean it is a low cost or lower cost if you will solution for folks who are wanting something that's not a Motel 6 you know where people get shot but isn't as expensive as a Hilton this is a great solution it's right by the freeways it's by food bus routes taxis know where it is doordash people know where it is y'all book your room here

Parking was easy. Busy street in front and a hospital a couple of blocks away with ambulances blaring, but the room blocked out most of the traffic noise. I was not aware of a breakfast but one can make coffee or tea in the room.

They overcharged me $100 and they said it would go back in 7 days. Not ideal. Some people cannot afford to have a $100 charge over their heads for 7 days.

You get what you pay for. No housekeeping, breakfast or elevators. On a busy road by a hospital. Room was updated and clean. Place to stay if all you’re doing is sleeping there.

Uneven outdoor steps to the upper levels. Room floor uneven. Freeway noise very loud.

Close enough to walk to the Fair and not have to pay extra for parking. The rooms look like they have all been uodated recently and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms are. The only issue i had was that the AC didnt seem to be working within a few min of our arrival as it was 74° in the room. I dis mention this to the ofice and was told to use the panel on the wall next to the TV which i did. The AC unit finally did come on once or twice for a few min each time but after we left and came back the temp was still 73°. Throughout the entire next day the room temperature never dropped below 73° when we went to bed that night. By that point we were leaving the next day but for someone who does not handle heat well at all it was extremely uncomfortable.

We chose this location as we were attending a concert as part of the Puyallup fair. This was an excellent choice. Good price , free parking, walking distance to the fairgrounds as well as shopping and restaurants. It is located on a major road traffic noise was noticable.

The hotel met our needs as a clean place to stop after a long day; the room had a desk for some work before heading out. wWe drove to a cute downtown for dinner. It’s close to a highway so some traffic noise.

Highway noise was constantly audible, though not to a level to disrupt sleep. Door was missing secondary interior security latch.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable with. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice neighborhood.
