Great stay mid May. Hotel is family friendly with pool and good access to the beautiful sandy beach. Staff is very good and helpful. Special thanks to two Italian ladies in the kids club - Sara and Stefi - they were excellent and made our son enjoy holidays even more. The whole entertainment team was great. Evening shows were good. Good food choices in the canteen area. Very fresh and tasty options. Poolside bar food was average. Downside was they restaurant ala carte was closed. I really liked the option they gave us to stay and use pool facilites/eat food after the check out and possibility to use a shower (for 5hr!)

I want to be clear this is by no means of four-star Hotel. It is a two star at best. Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched. Believe I booked an Ocean view through Expedia, but did not receive that however, it could’ve just been implied unable to confirm I would not recommend this hotel. 3/10 would not recommend

The room was not as expected having paid extra for a beach view, the room was in the main building with a pool view. I was disappointed having paid extra and single occupancy too. The hotel itself, staff, food etc - all lovely.

Room are clean, staff are amazing beach is clean and lovely Only issue was some of the bathrooms doesn’t have lock on it which is not big deal but good to have that

Sehr schönes Hotel. Essen und Essensauswahl ist top. Ziemlich ruhig und sehr viele Familien mit Kinder. Für Familien geeignet, sonst eher unpassend.

Katy welcomed us with great hospitalit. Although we were there before check in, Katy allowed us to eat breakfast and come back and rest until our room was available. The food was delicious! Every day for lunch and dinner were several options and with great flavor and taste. Coke fountains and cappuccino’s were a must everyday even down to the fruit bar and dessert. The most beautiful beach at the resort! It was a perfect stay for my family and I.

Hotel razoável, localização muito boa, pertinho da praia cala Tarida só descer as escadas de acesso à praia. Lugar maravilhoso para curtir o Pôr do sol. Hotel 4 estrelas com all inclusive, mas no nosso ponto de vista bem razoável. Já ficamos em melhores na ilha de ibiza. Precisamos de telefone no quarto e não estava funcionando.

Le logement ou nous étions (extension de l'hôtel) n'était pa du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles (nuisances sonores/équipement limité). Restaurant de plage fermé car pas en haute saison, et très peu d'activités proposées pour la même raison. Personnel très gentil au restaurant et au bar, on y a bien mangé
