We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect and made getting around easy.

I think this is the nicest stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. Beautifully maintained hotel. Everything was clean. Staff was polite. Check-in was seamless. The breakfast was literally anything and everything you’d want.

Very slow check in, got the keys one hour after check in. Was quoted 1200 rupees for airport transfer, charged 1700!! Find another place to stay

Probably the best hotel in Mumbai. Staff are beyond excellent,hotel is clean, pool and gym very well equipped, the biggest variety of breakfast iv ever experienced! Everything here is perfect!Numrata...front office manager goes above and beyond, and has a true understanding of the hospitality industry! A must if in your price range!

Everything was great, food was excellent Customer service was great, especially Jonathan and Sanidhi who were extremely attentive to ensure we had a great stay

The hotel was good and the staff was incredibly nice! There was one really bad thing however. Under the guise of calling the hotel "sustainable", the water in the toilet was yellow. Imagine sitting on the toilet with yellow water. Pathetic to say the least. I am sure there are better ways of making the hotel sustainable then showing customers yellow water in the toilet bowl.

The staff was very friendly. Food is amazing. Apart from our room being a bit stinky, everthinb was very good. Staff service is very good
