Excellent rooms and food - glad for the price it charges it matches

the service could be better. pay attention when you do the payment with your credit card, they may select to pay with your origin country currency, which will cost you 10-20% extra than choose the indian local currency. Pay attention, there is a high chance that they will not ask for your choice to process it under the expensive option.

It was ok, but not to what other hotels provide in the area

Food was really great. We received a drop to airport and it was included in our stay.

Clean room and nice hotel conveniently located near airport , helpful staff all over the hotel Lounge manager also very polite and helpful and helped us with good seating to view Cricket T20 World Cup matches

The driver who took me to the airport, was a pain in the neck insisting on tip. I had no cash and yhe guy was very insisting, a hassle. The hotel should train this people not to bug customers after paying inr 1200 for a 5 min ride

Lovely hotel and great service. Our flight was delayed so wanted to eat when we got there in the evening but restaurant was busy so had to order room service sadly. Apart from that it was enjoyable and a great location near airport.
