The apartment was clean , but needs to be repainted as you could see where they had fix some damage and the repainted parts were obvious. Some might not even notice, but having done repairs on my own property I did notice. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Gated community with shops across the street.

Property itself is good. We've stayed here with staff many times. Clean, spacious and a good location. The check-in process is absolutely terrible if it's after hours. We've had issues a few times over the past couple of years but this time it took a full HOUR to get to the apartment from arrival. The code provided for the lock box did not dispense keys. Calling the after hours number (two different staff trying!) involved 4 different operators, one person being hung up on whilst on hold, and finally dispatching someone who then stuffed around trying to work out what happened. Absolutely not good enough.

It has a bathtub

The kitchen was fully equipped apart from the coffee machine that was mentioned on their advert and very clean and roomy. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back again when in the area. Highly recommend. The only thing I would like to mention is in their maintenance inspection they omitted replacement of two downlight bulbs. One in the lounge over the lamp and in the bedroom on the window side. However this may been purely because they ran out of bulbs as they replaced three or four in the property.

I would of given 5 star however Both bathrooms had no towels at all. No bathmat either.. Not a great way to start your day..

Spacious & Clean Family Friendly accommodation. Only negative is that there are no privacy locks on bathroom/toilets.

AC didn’t cool the whole apartment but overall i was really impressed with the size of the apartment and the shopping centre next door that has everything you need when your away from home

A bit noisy with units and street noise. Good size unit, great kitchen and comfortable bed. Lovely open balcony.

Great location, quiet place with lovely outdoor courtyard. Pool was refreshing and tranquil. The only drawback was that the oven wasn't cleaned and a few other areas not tidy for our arrival. An oversight by housekeeping and not a reflection of the property. We would come back.

Great value for a 4 bedroom townhouse.

The place was a reflection of the price I paid but there was no trees in the front and the people could see u out on the street so if privacy isn’t a problem and like even coming down stairs at night in your undies !!

Great stay. They also allowed for a late checkout which we really appreciated!

Convient Clean plenty of room for everyone!

I was super excited to see that there was a ParkRun only 300mtrs from this property. The property was simple, and comfortable. The kitchen was nice, but didn't have plates for a family. It was only 2 of us studying so that didn’t bother me. The staff member was helpful and happy on arrival and when we checked out. Right over the road was an Aldi and a number of of other shops (including a bottle shop) plus a cafe, Thai restaurant, pub, and fish & chips.

Took half an hour to get into the property despite following instructions sent prior.

Stayed only one night for a brief overnight stay- very affordable for a family of 5. Instruction on how to open garage door would have been handy as our control unit was low on battery. Entire villa was exceptionally clean . Great stay!
