Localização setor industrial, chuveiro somente frio. Quarto de frente ao corredor principal, todos que passavam e faziam qualquer barulho, se escutava.

Excelente para permanecer sin salir. Muy bueno para personas que vienen a trabajar temporalmente. En el sector industrial y portuario de cartagena.

I stayed here a couple of years ago and the place was really nice now its starting to become a run down building and the maintenance is lacking. The handle cover was missing, no mirror on the door and a bunch of little things. The overall building was subpar. I wont be coming back here anytime soon.

DO NOT STAY HERE. NO HOT WATER AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. MY 1ST TIME IN CARTAGENA AND THIS PLACE RUINED MY VACATION. TOWELS WERE STAINED, I USED MY TRAVEL TOWEL. THE REFRIGERATOR IS SO DIRTY OR RUSTED. THEY NEVER HAD BASIC HOT DRINKS THE 2TIMES I WENT DOWN THERE FOR BREAKFAST. ON CHECK IN, YOU WON'T GET NO INFORMATION ABOUT LOCATION OF BREAKFAST AND WIFI . I NEEDED THE WI-FI WHEN MY MINUTES RAN OUT, AND IT DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM. NO ENGLISH SPEAKERS AND IT'S FAR FROM THE TOURIST AREA. THEY CHARGE SOME RANDOM FEE CALL INSURANCE WHEN YOU GET TO THE FACILITY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Probably I wasn't in my best day of luck, but let me share an advise. If you ever get to a place to find a toilet plunger next to the toilet, air condition faulty, light in the bathroom RM304 drops when the room door is closed; don't think mayhen is coming, you're already there. At first glance the facilty looks really nice, but when you get the feeling of the stay on few details maintenance staff obviously overlooks, the feeling isn't the best. And then, the staff specially the restaurant staff has a first place in disregard for customer service, or perhaps was just personal.

The only con to the hotel is that it lacks hot water when you take a shower and it's outside of the tourist area.

Excelente servicio, la ubicación no es cerca a las playas, es mas en la zona centro de Cartagena, pero el servicio y la atención del personal es excelente.

EL HOTEL ESTA MUY LIMPIO Y TIENE MUCHOAS SERVICIOS. ESTA SITUADO EN UNA ZONA ALEJADA DEL CENTRO HISTORICO Y OTRAS ATRACCIONES TURISTICA. EL TRATO CON LOS EMPLEADOS ERA CORRECTO, ALGUNAS VECES NO ARREGLABAN LA HABITACION HASTA LA TARDE.

O Hotel é novo . A estrutura é boa . O café da manhã é ruim . A localização é péssima . Não possui água quente

El hotel es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, cómodo, limpio, acogedor. El único detalle es que se sitúa lejos de la zona turística.
