Front desk asked for a full payment before check-in, just like a cheap OYO hotel or low class lodge. Staff was not trained properly, once we had to call like 3 times just for drinking water and when it came the guy very casually said that he "forgot". Not much parking space either, their valet will just park your cars outside the hotel.
We had specifically mentioned we need a non-smoking room. And we were still given a room filled with smell of smoke. When we told the guy that we asked for non-smoking room specifically at the time of booking via Expedia then the guy says it's ok Sir you don't smoke. What kind of dumb stupid answer is that. Reason one asks for non-smoking room is that because someone can't stand smell of smoke. Finally we asked for room air freshener to be sprayed and we had to ask for same several times each day.
One day AFTER room was cleaned we found that stained bed sheet has been put over the bed. I mean seriously at least while cleaning staff could not even check the bed sheet they are putting on. But thankfully it was promptly replaced.
Hotel location is good and close by all Jaipur old city attractions.
Overall, we feel it is overpriced for what it offers, but then most of Jaipur hotels are overpriced during December-February period.
