Great location

The location and rooms are excellent - spacious with good bathrooms, but no aircon in some. The key issue is no lift and our rooms was 84 steps up to the 4th floor. This is a game changer when it comes to using the hotel, since "popping back to the room" becomes an expedition. We also suffered low hot water pressure which meant cold showers. The breakfast is good and the waiters are fab. The management dismissive of any issue.

Otel çok güvenilir ve temiz ve sakin. Herkese rahatlıkla önerebilirim. Sadece reception da ki genel sorumlu arkadaş gereksiz samimi. Onun haricinde mükemmel bir otel

Otel resepsiyon ve diğer çalışanlar çok iyi , her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar, kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterliydi ama biraz daha iyisi olabilirdi , otelin konumu çok iyi gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde olduğu için çok konforlu bir tatil oldu , otele ilk konaklamaya başladığımız gün hiç yabancılık çekmedik gayet sıcak bir ortam

Loved it but I had failed to notice that they don't have a lift and I am 85. The staff were very understanding and moved my booking from floor four to floor two. Even 2 floors was tricky but outside of that the place and staff were fantastic

Location was perfect. Hotel was very clean with a modern bathroom. We stayed in the room with a king bed and two twin beds in the loft. Recommended! Wonderful stay in prague!

It is amazing how a hotel of this quality is tucked away at the door step of Old Town and the Charles Bridge. We had a small problem at the beginning but the staff went above and beyond to correct it. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions like the Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock and the Mirror Chapel where we watched the concert by the Royal Czech Orchestra. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and there were a variety of food selection at the breakfast buffet. Just a few points for improvement --- the coffee machine wasn't working and the internet was intermittent. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the hotel.

Excellent customer service, good sized room, beautiful decor and well maintained hotel. Good variety of breakfast options including vegetarian and vegan. Great location for exploring Prague, all attractions in walking distance. Would definitely stsy here again

Vi bodde i Royal svit, den var väldigt fin. Frukosten var toppen med mycket att välja på. Hotellet låg väldigt central, tog bara nån minut att gå till Karlsbron och spårvagnarna.

Hotel in posizione strategica con una buona colazione. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta era di dover passare in mezzo al ristorante per arrivare alla camera (la scala di accesso alle camere era proprio in mezzo alla sala ristorante a cui avevano accesso anche persone esterne all’hotel) e mancava a mio avviso una lounge della struttura.

The staff were very helpful, the location was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. A perfect place to stay and explore Prague! Loved it!

Great location. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Tasty food with lots of options. Received complimentary gift on birthday. Hotel is central to all the action, as expected noise could be heard from outside, however ear plugs were supplied and did not impact our stay at all.
