Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel außer der Wellnessbereich und Barbereich. Positiv: Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Frühstücksservice sowie den Service der Zimmerreinigung – Sie waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl, sodass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt, da der Strand bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Negativ: Leider haben wir an der Bar keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Der Kellner wirkte sehr hochnäsig, eingebildet und arrogant. Aus diesem Grund haben wir die Bar nur an zwei Abenden besucht und waren vom Service enttäuscht. Weitere Besuche haben wir daher nicht in Betracht gezogen. Auch im Wellnessbereich hatten wir Pech mit einer Mitarbeiterin, die unfreundlich, arrogant und sehr unhöflich war. Unser Fazit: Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel durchaus empfehlenswert. Für Paare, die einen entspannten Wellnessurlaub suchen, gibt es jedoch bessere Alternativen.

Amazing stay in this lovely hotel! The breakfast was gorgeous, and Cosco is a true superstar. Xavi at reception is a real professional, and all the reception team are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa is simply lovely. This is not just a place to visit — it’s a paradise to live in. I highly recommend it! A big shout-out to all the hardworking staff and management. You can truly feel the love here.

Great value with lots of facilities, including complimentary access to the spa, bike rental & storage, good breakfast. Bed uncomfortable though.

We came during the low season, we had everything we needed, we are grateful 🙏

The cooks in the restaurant are rude

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were excellent, with special mention for Libby, Daniela, Fran and Juan-Jose. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and ideally situated close to local restaurants, bars and the beach. That said we enjoyed the hotel’s bars and dining facilities too. The quality of the fresh food was good and seemed to cover all dietary choices. The Saloon Bar did feel like a crèche in the evening with children racing around despite the child related activities (ages 3 - 6) ending at 2100. Fortunately the SkyBar tended to be more adult orientated. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Nice hotel, courteous staff. The rooms need soundproofing. I could hear the person snoring in the next room. Also, heavy chairs being dragged across marble floors make for a very noisy environment.

Un hotel con todas las comodidades, limpio y comida buena y variada.

Kjempe fint hotell, god frokost, fine og freshe rom. Bassengområdet var stort og fint. Eneste som kan trekkes for er minigolf banen (møkkete og ikke vedlikeholdt, burde vært stengt). Ellers et toppers opphold!

Good was good . Staff were lovely. Hotel was clean. Several bits of Gym equipment and most of the spa were faulty. The sauna worked , but the door to it didn’t. The ice cave was not cold . The steam room was just warm ….

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit wirklich super netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Allerdings ist es dort so hellhörig, dass man morgens um sieben Uhr schon senkrecht im Bett steht, weil es so unfassbar laut ist. Wäre das nicht gewesen, wäre es perfekt.

This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort. Breakfast options are varied and good quality. The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent.
