Best in Zhuzhou! Great Location, service and conditions. A delightful view!

I had a terrible experience checking time/ they couldn’t understand English and telling me you didn’t do the online reservation and no payment!!! For on hour argument we got our key for room!! Tomorrow morning they told me sorry it was our mistake. Not professional staff

Very nice hotel, everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately we were there when the Coronavirus was breaking out and 95% of places were closed. Only one restaurant was open in hotel due to very few visitors. It was a lovely hotel!!

bon hotel en général. Point négatif, j'avais réservé une chambre non fumeur et il n'en avait pas. pour régler le problème ils ont proposer d'envoyer une femme de ménage camoufler l'odeur en pulvérisant un parfum!

Terrible air-pollution in surrounding atmosphere. Business Centre is closed and ceased to operate.

Have waiting fo this hotel to open and it was worth the wait.

酒店地點好，但服務只有三星水平！酒店大門自動門壞的，我抱著小孩都沒有人開門，酒店像沒有員工似的，晚上叫送餐服務，叫牛腩麵，接電話的反過來問我餐牌幾号，餐牌沒注明辣的，已經說小孩食，不要辣的，上來都是辣的，換過，前後要一小時，送餐又不用餐車，床頭又沒有苹果手機音響。萬豪服務好好多！
