Perfect location, good room, couldnt turn the heating down and it was so hot we couldnt sleep

We stayed at Mercure Vienna First 8 years ago and chose it for the same reasons again, and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED. We chose the breakfast included and everyday the staff was friendly, at the breakfast buffet, the front hotel staff, and house keeping. We appreciated their conversations about our day, and the hotel is in a great location to shops, restaurants, transportation and easily walkable to all that Vienna has to offer. We love this hotel and if we return to Vienna we will certainly stay here again.

Increíble ubicación

L'hôtel est central et aussi près du métro et tram. Très calme. Les premiers jours, le restaurant était froid et pas agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner mais suite à notre réclamation, la température a augmenté. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était super (sauf le dimanche où il manquait de l'eau, des cuillères etc...). Le housekeeping était parfait, la chambre très comfortable.

Hervorragende Lage, ein tolles Frühstück, netter Service, ruhig, nette Kneipen und Restaurants am Hotel und zum Stephansdom nur ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Die kostenlose Führung an die geheimen Orte war sehr interessant. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Hotel carino e posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Vienna.

Das Zimmer war groß. Das Badezimmer war war auch groß und man hatte genug Platz um sich auszubreiten. Im Zimmer selbst war das Doppelbett für zwei Personen sehr schmal. Vom Gefühl her, hatte es nicht mal 1,40 Meter Breite. Da würde ich mir ein deutlich größeres Bett wünschen. Die Kopfkissen sind schrecklich. Einfach viel zu weich. - Personal und Service im Hotel waren echt Klasse. Großes Lob dafür! Die Erreichbarkeit und die Lage des Hotels sind toll.
