Great service, staff were wonderful, the rooms were super clean and comfortable. The food was lovely.

The room we booked had an issue that couldn't be resolved in a short time frame and over a long weekend period. Instead, the staff upgraded our stay by providing complementary breakfast, which was also good. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable.

I stayed 2 nights for business and it was very pleasant. I only wished I was able to open a window in my room, but otherwise everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good location, the adjacent pub does good food and the cafe next door does good coffee. The staff were friendly & helpful, especially on a weekend where Newcastle accommodation was sold out!!

Very clean and conveniently located to shopping, hospital & major sporting grounds. Car parking is off the street which is another big tick.

Stayed overnight for a concert nearby. The staff were wonderful in welcoming us & assisting with arranging a shuttle bus to and from the venue. Food was very good & the accommodation very comfortable & clean. Will definitely stay there again. Such a good experience

All was great, apart from either, not working or no exhaust fan in bathroom/toilet.

The hotel is very conveniently located for visiting John Hunter hospital. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the on-site restaurant serves great meals. The staff are so accommodating and Karen was very caring, informative and friendly.
